Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others are enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please.

Things to Know

* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
* All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
*A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at the Atlantis. Parking is available for one vehicle. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Please ensure that any necessary permits are displayed at all times.
* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town
Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Long weekend get away!

Great little place for couple. Clean and comfortable. Didn’t love having to go to another property to pick up keys as first party booking was through Vrbo but all worked out fine.

Check in process was a little inconvenient with having to go to a location beyond where we were staying to get keys. Bathroom shower and tub needed to be cleaned better. I always bring cleaning supplies when I travel, so I actually cleaned the whole bathroom when we got there. The room had everything we needed, location was awesome.

Weekend Getaway

We have really no complaints except for a slight smell of cigarettes when we first walked in. Room was clean otherwise. Had everything we could possibly need. Enjoyed the area - close to shopping, food, etc. Absolutely loved that we only had to walk a few minutes to get to the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed memorial weekend and the price was reasonable. Nice place with a great view of the beach. Didn’t check out the pool because it’s just steps to the beach and we spent our time on the beach. Bathroom is a bit dated but everything worked fine, place was pretty clean (but did smell of cigarettes a bit). Honestly the price and view on a holiday weekend made it awesome and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful and in a good location. All the furnishings were cute and up to date. Our only complaint was with the cleanliness. The floors were dirty and there was a lot of dust.

Cleaning crew could have done a better job, floors where dirty, behind the couch was filthy, there was stains on the comfort and the wifi did not work. Sofa bed was brand new and the pool was nice

Acceptable for a short time

We liked the location and on site facilities (pool, rinse off, bathrooms, security, and of course beach access). The condo itself was small, as advertised, but the space could be utilized better. We had a hard time not bumping into the oversized stools. The kitchen and bathroom were clean but there were a few stains on the comforter. The windows whistle in the wind and the room is near hall equipment so sleep was a bit disturbed. It was great for 2 nights but I would not really have liked to stay here longer, even with kids under 10.

Not what I expected

The unit was surface clean. It needed a deep cleaning and decluttering. Furniture and appliances were in desperate need of updating, as was the bathroom. Some furniture broken. Every available drawer, 1 closet and kitchen cabinets were jammed back and totally disorganized. Needed to spend sometime trying to straightened things out just to be able to find anything. Location was very nice with a beautiful view.

Poor location at end of hall with hot air blower full speed when trying to open door. No WiFi. Couldn't find router. Needed to be in touch with work vis on-line. Smaller unit than expected. Hidden charges plus 40 dollar cash to park.

The pool was nice. So is beach. Room was adequate.

Kitchen appliances worked. TV worked. Floor was sticky at check in.. ( Seems typical in any OC place anymore ) Room and windows were very dirty. Food particles under bed and lint in dryer on check in. Remote for DVD was shot due to leaky batteries. Internet service was nil. The bed mattress is fairly shot. Screen was missing on left side window. Refrigerator worked ,but door shelves and inner bottom showed abuse by previous tenants. We love the beach view and swimming. We noted boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella in closet, which was nice, but we brought and used our own. We realize the difficulties of renting as too many people will abuse what they rent. Housekeepers are either rushed or have lower standards these days. ( Can't they at least use clean water and soap on floors? Gee whiz ! Maybe have a reliable QC go behind them and check a few things? Obviously need verification of cleaning performance and working amenities ). Hard to get good help we realize. Guess we are old school and expect things proper. Again, it was adequate. Hope all others renting anywhere will help owners keep things nice. My wife always cleans any room we go to anymore, and I always check and take pictures upon arrival. Most places are fine. This one could stand a little better management / upkeep........but again it was adequate. Best wishes to owners and future renters.

Clean and comfy!

The Atlantis is one of the best condos in OC! Security 24/7, big pool, 10 seconds to the beach, and huge parking lot! We never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable! We have been in several units in the high rise and all are awesome! This particular unit 302 is great! We really enjoyed our stay! Only thing is I wish it had a designated area to store dry food items vs using the bookshelf for books/board games. We just put everything on the island, top of fridge, and stovetop, but as you can imagine, it got filled up quickly and had to move it each time to cook. The bathroom is in great working order. There are 4 chairs, 1 boogie board, and a beach cart in the closet too. Large comforter in there as well and they had 4-5 blankets in the unit too. Vacasa supplied 2 sets of clean sheets, 6 body towels/hand towels, washcloths, 3-4 laundry pods, dish washer pods, and several garbage bags. Very pleased and would stay here in 302 again in a heartbeat!
