Accommodation: Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this lovely terraced house, located in a private domain with swimming pool, close to the Golf de Pléneuf-Val-André. This house has two bedrooms, one with balcony-terrace, offering an ideal setting for your relaxing moments. Enjoy direct access to the golf course, the Vallées beach and the collective indoor pool of the Residence.This house of 58m2 offers on the ground floor :- A large bright living room with lounge area (canapé, armchairs, TV) and dining area for 4 guests; - The kitchen, open to the living room, has complete equipment with: sink, 4 fire induction plates, hood, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, citrus press and kettle; Upstairs:- A first bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm); - A second bedroom with a double bed of standard size (140x190cm) with access to a balcony-terrace; - A bathroom with bath and shower wall, toilet and washing machine; - Charges included: bed linen, linen (towels and towels).- Wi-Fi access subject to 5G network coverage.- Access to the collective pool of the Residence (open from June 28 to August 30).- Free parking in front of the house.- End of stay cleaning included (subject to the conditions of the Agency's rules of procedure).Independent arrival is possible after 6 p.m. and during the closing days of the agency. Key boxes are located outside the agency.
