Les Gets Rental: Recently renovated, tastefully decorated, bright and spacious four-room duplex apartment of 70 m² located on the 2nd and top floor of the "CHAVANIOU" residence, equipped for up to 6 people with a view of the slopes. Located in the Hameau de la Turche area, a quiet and sunny location at the foot of the slopes. Access to the slopes and the Château ski lift is possible. Free shuttles to the ESF ski school and village center. Free Wi-Fi. Two covered outdoor parking spaces. Electric heating. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or apartment. Please arrange bicycle storage with the concierge.

Description: Entrance hall with closet - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a wardrobe - Bathroom (bathtub, sink) - Shower room (shower with toilet) - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (electric hob and oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, extractor hood) opening onto the living/dining room with access to a south-facing balcony offering a beautiful view of the slopes - Access to the first floor: 1 bedroom with a ceiling height of less than 1.80m, two single beds (90cm), and wardrobes - 1 bedroom with a ceiling height of less than 1.80m, two single beds (90cm), and a view of the slopes. Electric heating - ski locker in the basement. Pets not allowed. No smoking.

- LINEN (sheets and towels) is included in the price of your rental - Please note this is a paid option during short stays - Cleaning is not included in the rental, it is a paid option.
