Nestled in the nature reserve, surrounded by countless hiking and trekking trails. Mountain bikes are also available (for a small fee). Bathing in the waterfall of Cava Grande only 25 min. away. Enjoy the tranquility and relaxation. Completely undisturbed they can unwind here once. You can start directly from the house walks through Pantalica or in the nearby town of Palazzolo Acreide (UNESCO world heritage) drive or walk. With private 8x4m pool and poolside sundeck.

Wonderful relaxing property in a peaceful location

Ideal for totally relaxing and in a great position for exploring the area. Horst is a great host and goes the extra mile to make sure his guests have a wonderful stay. His team of Nello and Paola really welcome you into the local community and the cooking was superb. The pool area is very relaxing and the pictures do not do it justice. This is the place to come if you want a relaxing enjoyable holiday. Molto bene!

Rust en stilte

Op een heel rustige berg met prachtig uitzicht mogen verblijven. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje een geweldige uitvalsbasis om met de auto de rest van de omgeving te verkennen.

Urlaub für die Seele

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Horst und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereite und liebe Menschen. Sie haben uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist atemberaubend schön und das kleine Dorf ist einfach toll. For those who want an extraodinary holiday

Me and my girlfriend booked this place for 8 days. All communication prior to arriving was very fast and super clear. Upon arriving we we're greated by the owner in a local cafe, where we had the opportunity to get to know each other and ask many questions about things to visit etc. He also made us taste the local beer ;) The appartment itself had everything we needed. A great view, nice swimming pool and a really nice spot to eat while you're grilling some food outside. Perfect! Location wise it is needed that you rent a car in order to visit other places. We went as far as Taormina (north), as well as some nice beaches in the most southern part of the island. As a summary, a lovely place on a beautiful island with a great host to make the experience even better. I wish you a great holiday!

Idylle für Naturfreunde

Unser Appartement befand sich in einem umgebauten Stall und bietet einem alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Einrichtung ist zwar ein wenig elementar, jedoch zu 90% ausreichend. Das Feriendomizil ist primär für Personen geeignet, welche dem Alltag entfliehen und die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen möchten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei die zuvorkommende und stets hilfsbereite Art des Vermieters sowie dessen weiblicher Unterstützung. Zudem werden Aktivitäten wie z.B. Quad-Touren oder ein mehrgängiges Menü, das sehr zu empfehlen ist, angeboten.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und es gibt viel in der Gegend zu entdecken. Horst ist ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, welcher seinen Gästen nicht nur ein wunderschönes Domizil zur Verfügung stellt, sondern auch mit vielen Tipps den Urlaub noch anregender gestaltet. In der schön gestaltenden und gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft lassen sich die Tage entspannt verbringen und im Ort findet man alles, was man braucht. Ich kann nur empfehlen, den Urlaub hier zu verbringen!

Ein weiter Blick, mitten in der Natur, ein schöner Platz, kuscheliges Apartment, schöner Aussenbereich, super Pool, ein netter und cooler Gastgeber - was will man mehr, wenn man nicht gerade Action sucht. Sehr gut das Essen auf der Terrasse von Paola. Ideal zum Wandern, viel Kultur, Barock,Syrakus ..., weniger geeignet für Strandfreaks und ein Auto ist ein Muss!

gemütliches, kleines Ferienhaus in der Stille des hügeligen Hinterlandes von Siracusa

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus genossen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, gut eingerichtete Küche, Schrankraum, bequeme Betten und die sizilianische Herbstsonne. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool und Terrasse wurden zum Morgenbad und Frühstück täglich genutzt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge. Um den Südosten der Insel zu erkunden ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt.

Heerlijke omgeving, fijn zwembad; woning is wat klein en uitsluitend met IKEA spullen uitgerust (doet wat afbreuk aan Siciliaans karakter). Hartelijke mensen.

Casa Masella at Buscemi

Beautiful location on a hillside with views across the surrounding hills. There are only two small cottages so a quiet and relaxing stay is almost guaranteed. The quality of the accommodation is good, both inside and outside the property with plenty of seating and shade. The pool is excellent and in a great position to enjoy the surrounding views. This is a good centre for getting to many beautiful towns and villages in this area of Sicily, with stunning baroque architecture and ancient Grecian temples.

Stunning Views!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Nello was fantastic bringing fresh eggs and vegetables every morning for us from the chickens above, and even some of his own wine from Etna. The views are amazing from sitting outside the villa to the views from the pool. Felt so relaxed staying here. Nice and modern inside, everything we needed was provided. Thank You! Casa Masella is the perfect place to stay to get some rest and to enjoy the beautiful landscapes around ! The house is really great, brand new and confortable. The view is amazing ! Für alle, die gerne eine Auszeit wollen, dem Trubel entkommen wollen und Zeit für sich selbst suchen, sehr, sehr empfehlenswert... Horst und Pina sind wundervolle Gastgeber, das Appartement und der Pool sehr gepflegt, die Außenanlage und der Blick ein Traum... Shopper und andere Mainstreamtouristen können hier zwar einiges Ungewohnte erleben, aber der Blick in den Sternenhimmel wird auch sie begeistern.... Ohne Auto sollte man/ frau jedoch nicht hierher kommen. Es gibt so viel Schönes zu sehen, aber dazu sollte man motorisiert sein. In 11 Tagen haben wir leider nur einen kleinenTeil erkunden können. Wir kommen wieder...

Fantastische Unterkunft

Nun ist der Urlaub schon etwas her, aber immer wieder denken wir gerne an eine wunderschöne Zeit zurück. In einer traumhaften Gegend wurden wir herzlich empfangen und verköstigt. An dieser Unterkunft stimmt einfach alles: ein super ausgestattetes Appartement, die Ruhe, der herrliche Pool und die Gastfreundlichkeit vom Vermieter und seiner Familie. Super!!!!! Au top!

Conforme aux photos. Endroit super! Calme et aéré grâce à l'air de la montagne. Le petit village de Buscemi est à 3 min en voiture. C'est typique et vous y trouverez de quoi vous régaler dans l'épicerie, la boulangerie et chez le boucher du coin. L'accueil au gîte est juste parfait. Les propriétaires sont charmants et prêts à vous rendre service, vous faire déguster des mets locaux ett répondre à la moindre de vos questions. 10/10!!!
