Minutes from Yellowstone

This 6,500 sq. ft. rustic log lodge has it all with restaurant quality appliances in the kitchen and plenty of room to relax in its two living areas. The open floor plan with wrap around decks allow for 360 mountain views of Paradise Valley and the Yellowstone River. There are drive up entrances to two levels of the house for ease of unloading and getting around, along with privacy.
The lower level offers 2 queen rooms, a full bath, Living room, bar and pool table along with a work out room and stone fire place.
The main level offers 2 King rooms each with an attached bathroom, spacious living room, Kitchen/Dining room (with reverse osmosis system for drinking), full laundry room and stone fire place.
The upper floor has 2 twin rooms with individual sinks and a shared full bath with tub/shower combo and toilet.
This is location is perfectly situated between Gardiner’s original entrance to Yellowstone (20 minutes) and the famous Chico Hot Springs and Sage Lodge in Emigrant where you will find 5 star dining the local bars with live music venues (20 minutes).

Great house-wonderful stay-perfect vacation!

The house is really perfect-plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The area around house was great-loved driving down the road to watch the grizzlies and elk-we heard reports of a moose and two calves but were unable to locate them. All this before we even got into Yellowstone.

Our party of 7 siblings and spouses absolutely loved staying here. The house and views were magnificent. The house was so well appointed and stocked with so many essentials. We had never experienced that in our many other stays. The house was in good proximity to Yellowstone which made accessing the park very easy. Suzette was very easy to communicate with and gave us a great tip for bear watching about 2 miles from the house which we did on 2 different nights. I can’t race enough about this house! Make it your next stay if in this area!!

DIY Deters Invade Yellowstone! LOL

This house, view, location, beds, property manager, decor and all the little "extras" was FANTASTIC!!! We could not asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be returning and referring! Perfect Home for a Family Getaway!Our family trip to Montana was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large to this wonderful home. Suzette, our host, was responsive, helpful, and make the entire process smooth from start to finish. The house was exactly what we needed for our group of ten-spacious, clean, and fully stocked with all the basic amenities and more. There was plenty of room everyone to relax comfortably, and the wraparound porch with its beautiful views quickly became our favorite spot to begin and end each day.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Big sky views

Lovely home with views for miles. Enjoyed watching wildlife from the deck and tracking the elk and deer each morning. Great location for Yellowstone visit.

Beautiful Western home with fantastic views

The property is beautiful down to every detail. About 30 minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone so very convenient to visit the park. Had a wonderful time.

Photos don’t do it justice at all!

This property is absolutely amazing! There were 10 adults in our group and we were all very comfortable in the house. We spent a lot of time out on the deck with jaw dropping views of the hills. Each night about an hour and a half before dark, we would drive up Tom Miner Creek Road to look for wildlife (mainly grizzlies). One night we saw 6! I enjoyed these drives so much as the area is like something out of a postcard. I can’t recommend it enough!

Brown family retreat

This property and Suzette were both wonderful. House was fabulous in every respect. Location and surrounding scenery was spectacular. House provided every amenity. Great for family retreat. Our family try to have a retreat every year in a new house and location. This matched the best. VRBO handles the arrangement in a professional fashion. I will continue the relationship. Views to Die For!

Beautiful, spacious home that perfectly accommodated our group of 8. The view from EVERY window is spectacular and can't be beat anywhere in Tom Miner Basin! We've stayed here several times and we will be back. Suzette, the property manager, is a seasoned host--responsive, gracious and on the ball!!

Stunning and very welcoming

The property is one of the best place I stayed! The lodge is so beautiful and surroundings are just stunning. It is very spacious with 6 bedrooms plus gym, game room space, 2 living room spaces. The place is well-stocked, you will find anything you need. The property manager was very responsive and kind with her replies. It is a bit of additional drive to Yellowstone but it’s totally worth it! I am already day dreaming about next trip to Yellowstone.

Perfect mountain retreat for the family!!

This property has everything. No detail spared. Very comfortable and high end furnishings and beddings. Total comfort for our party of 8. Never crowded and beautiful outside space as well. Beautiful views and access to Yellowstone and its surroundings. Highly recommend the house and host Suzette who was always available to answer questions.

Fantastic rental!

We had a great time at this property. The house is gorgeous and the panoramic view of Tom Miner Basin was spectacular. Even when we weren't in Yellowstone NP, we still felt like we were on a vacation while at the house. Suzette responded to texts nearly instantly and we were really pleased with her communication and how helpful she was from start to finish. She even let us check in early which was super helpful given we had two young children in tow. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful location.

This home has a well appointed kitchen and bar. It was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a family reunion. The gazebo is a nice spot to have coffee in the morning where the only sound you hear is the river flowing below. Half hour ride to Yellowstone, about an hour and 20 minutes from the Bozeman airport. Check in was easy and had we had no issues with the home at all.

House has amazing views and tons of space to accommodate our large family. Suzette went above and beyond providing play pens for our little ones! She’s very responsive to your needs. Home is close to the main road into Gardiner/North entrance to Yellowstone.

Over the top!!!

Perfect place for our family reunion. The views were magnificent, property immaculate. This was like being in someone’s home, not a rental. It was a bit of a drive but so worth it. Kitchen has got everything you could possibly need. The wrap around porch made it possible to enjoy the views no matter what the weather.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This home is indescribable. We loved every moment of our time here. The views are spectacular, the animal watching is captivating, and the house is stunning. EVERY detail has been considered by the host, from bear spray to waders to extra toiletries in the laundry room. This property has it all. We are already thinking about how to find our way back here! 10/10 would recommend. The only thing to note is a broken bridge, which extended our drive to Yellowstone from 20 to 40 minutes. The drive was beautiful, so we didn’t mind!

Family vacation

The house is simply amazing! Beautiful views from the deck which wraps around the entire house. It’s a long drive up the mountain but it’s worth it! Suzette is wonderful to deal with. She always responded right away if we needed anything! If you are wanting a beautiful house with great views in Montana and close to Yellowstone Park, this is the one. I highly recommend it. Beautiful Montana Retreat

This property is gorgeous. It has breathtaking views from every angle and wrap around decks as well as multiple seating areas to maximize your enjoyment of the spectacular mountain surroundings. We ate breakfast every morning under the covered eating area where you can hear the sounds of the rushing river below and cooked s’mores at night in the fireplace on the gazebo. The house is fully stocked with the hosts graciously thinking of everything you might need from two coffee pots to extra towels and linens to bear spray and back country book bags. Suzette, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful. Be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride up because the road is gravel and rutted in places, but it’s worth it to stay here.

Only one drawback …..

Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! The only drawback was the fact that the entrance road was quite long, rocky with huge potholes and added about a 20 minute trip to each and every trip in and out of the property😳. I understand that it is a county maintained road. However, a heads up would’ve been much appreciated. Would definitely return. Suzette is a gem I can’t say enough good things about her.❤️

Beyond all expectations!

This house immediately felt like a home. It exudes warmth. It is spacious, well appointed, incredibly comfortable, and casually luxurious. From the handsome living area to the sumptuous bedrooms, roomy bathrooms, wrap around porch and the outdoor dining room, our family of 7 adults enjoyed every space with room leftover. The kitchen is very well equipped which was important for us as we hired a chef to come in and prepare dinners every night. The house is about a 45 minute easy drive to the entrance of the park. We thoroughly enjoyed observing wildlife including a pack of twelve wolves with Audra from Lamar Valley Touring! After leaving the park we would go home and observe grizzly bears from the house with a scope. Unbelievable! Morning coffee included binoculars in order to watch deer and birds and other wildlife. Suzette was easily accessible for any questions or needs. We had none. This property spoiled us all. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful luxury home!

This home is stunning! Space enough for my family of 8 to stay for 7 days and have plenty of room. 2 living room areas were perfect and the large kitchen made it so easy to enjoy each other for dinners without being cramped. The bedrooms are large and the furniture is top notch! The house is fully stocked! Anything you could think of, that you might need, they had (right down to birthday candles and bear spray!) the heated floors were very nice on the chilly mornings, and the gym kept the family busy during down time. (Husband and SIL loved having the gym there) The game room was such a nice addition for down time. We played a lot of pool with the teenagers and grandchildren. We definately enjoyed the spacious game room! The views from the wrap around porch are immeasurable! We could see sunrises and sunsets for miles. The gazebo was perfect for morning coffee, and the quick hike down to the waterfalls were nice and relaxing. Everything was beautiful. A few miles up the road we were able to see black bears, with cubs and herds of elk… so peaceful and beautiful. This house is amazing in so many ways. If you’re looking to get away and disconnect- and enjoy nature and all its beauty- this is the perfect place to stay. Did I mention how fantastic Suzette is! She gave us lots of tips on where to see wildlife and was a perfect host. We are already planning a return trip and will most definitely book with her again! Thank you Suzette for everything! The house was perfect!!
