Nestled in a peaceful residential area close to the vineyards, this 125 m² villa is the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable stay.

It offers all the comfort you need for a holiday with family or friends.

Its location is ideal for exploring Oppède-le-Vieux, Gordes, Ménerbes, Goult, Bonnieux, and Roussillon, all listed among the most beautiful villages in France.

This beautiful air-conditioned villa offers:

A large private 10 x 5 m swimming pool overlooking the garden, with sun loungers. The pool is treated using a UV disinfection system (no salt and no chlorine).
A 756 m² garden with an electric barbecue, outdoor dining area, and garden lounge.
Free parking with 2 reserved spaces in front of the garage (an additional free 5-space parking area is located 30 m away). The garage is not accessible and will remain closed.
A spacious and welcoming living room with a television and dining table.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds and 1 bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed.
1 baby travel cot available.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and drip coffee maker.
Two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub.
Wi-Fi included.
Upstairs, two bedrooms are air-conditioned. A third bedroom also benefits from air conditioning, with the unit located directly opposite the bedroom door in the hallway. The ground-floor bedroom is not air-conditioned but remains pleasantly cool.

Upon arrival, you will find the following starter kit available for the beginning of your stay (not replenished during the stay):

Laundry detergent and household cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper and shower gel
Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 serving per guest)
Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
A baby high chair is available.

All household linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats).

Pool towels are not provided.

A bakery, bar, and restaurant are located within a 5-minute walk.

The nearest airport is Avignon-Provence Airport, approximately 30 km away.

Cavaillon train station is about 15 minutes away, and Avignon train station is approximately 45 minutes away.

However, we strongly recommend having a car to explore the surrounding area.

Important:

A €2,000 security deposit request will be sent to you through our partner SWIKLY via the booking platform messaging system. This security deposit is neither charged nor deducted from your card limit (no funds are blocked).

The security deposit must be validated at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled in accordance with our contractual terms and conditions.

Important Information

A €2,000 security deposit must be validated no later than 7 days before arrival. It is neither charged nor blocked and serves as a guarantee against damage, theft, loss of keys or objects, excessive dirtiness, waste left in the property, unauthorized use of equipment, or any breach of the rental agreement (pets, number of guests, noise regulations, etc.).

This security deposit does not limit the tenant’s liability, which may exceed the deposit amount if necessary.

Any damage noticed upon arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photographs.

The security deposit will be released between 8 and 14 days after departure.

Access to the property is only authorized once the security deposit has been validated.

Self check-in is available.

The property is available from 5:00 PM.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any early check-in or late arrival request, the request must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival and will be subject to availability.

Early check-in at 3:00 PM: €100
Late check-out at 12:00 PM: €60
