Le Petit Ruban. A lovely name for this pleasant terraced house located at the gateway to the Pilat Regional Park and a short distance from the Cité du Design in St. Etienne.
This guesthouse, converted into a gîte, offers exceptional comfort in a secure setting (quiet street, enclosed courtyard, and large grounds with children's playground).

PLEASE NOTE: To facilitate your family or friends' get-togethers, Hélène offers breakfast upon request for stays of 1 to 3 nights (included). On the ground floor: the entrance leads to the lounge/TV area, the laundry room, and the large dining room opening onto the kitchen, with an additional toilet.

The upper floor comprises three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The "Campagne" Room and the "Les Embruns" Room are for 2 people. The "La Forestière" Room accommodates 4 people, with the possibility of adding two additional beds, making it a total of 6 people.

The courtyard, which opens onto the facade, is shared with the owners, who also offer access to a lovely flower garden with children's play equipment, a gazebo for meals, and a few enclosed chickens that will delight young and old alike.

For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival and utilities are included (excluding tourist tax). Please note: no internet access is available. Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard or near the house, and a shelter is available for motorcycles. End-of-stay cleaning is available (€80, a deposit of the same amount will be required upon arrival).

Breakfast is available (€6 per person per day).

On-site activities/services: essential shops in the town center, marked hikes.

Nearby: Explore the Semène Gorges, the Loire Valley in Aurec-sur-Loire (Respirando area), discover former industrial sites, activities for children, trail running area, and water sports.

NON-SMOKING GITE.
The owners live in the adjoining house, so the outdoor spaces are shared. During the heating season, the owners may visit you to fill the wood-fired boiler. Thank you for your understanding.
