Stay in this New Executive 5 bedrooms 4 Bathrooms home situated on Indian Creek community.

Only 2.5 miles from Disney, 20 minutes from the International Airport, and 10 minutes from International Drive, Universal Studios, and Sea World!

This unique property features 5 bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms which has been professionally designed, furnished and upgraded in all aspects, it includes 2 king-size Masters with en suites, one with queen bed , two bedrooms with 4 single beds .

Kitchen contains all necessary utensils needed. We have added a games room with pool-table, air hockey , Football table and electronic darts.

Plasma TV in Living area , TV in every bedromm , Play Station , Wifi Internet access free, unlimited call for USA and CANADA.

The house has a great layout and was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked which was appreciated. The pool and spa were clean but not well heated, which for a December stay was a disappointment.

Great Location

Location of house was wonderful for Disney Park access. House was comfortable for everyone 8 adults. Owner very good to work with. Small issue with AC that was taken care of right away.

Beautiful Home

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We had a great time. Albeit shortā€¦our stay was a good one. We were not able to use the pool, because our time was so jam-packed with things going on with the wedding. However, it looked very inviting! Maybe next time! I need to know where to send back a butter knife. When I was unpacking all my tools and cake pans that I used to bake the wedding cake and groomā€™s cake, I noticed that by accident a butter knife was put in with my box of items to bring back home. Please let me know ā€¦ it was an oversight and I will gladly mail back the knife. Oh, I almost forgotā€¦ When I entered the house, I got in the front door just fine, but the alarm was not set for me to disarm. Just an FYI. Again, thank you so muchā€¦The Featherly Clan

Florida Family Value

We were very happy with pool and proximity to everything we wanted to do. The home layout is perfect with 5 bedrooms and personal bathrooms for all and a large gathering area in the middle. I do believe it needs a bit of a deep clean. Only a days supply of basics was provided. If you'd like us to clean up then dish soap/ all purpose cleaner and cloth should be provided. We found the beds to be quite hard although that could just be personal preference. Overall we had a wonderful time and felt the property to be good value.

Mostly a Great Stay

The house was very clean on the inside, and most everything we needed was provided with a few exceptions: There were only 2 partial rolls of toilet paper. We had to go buy our own (which is fine, but it would have been nice to know this going in). The pool wasn't very clean. It had started turning green after a few days. I made sure everyone was showering, etc. before using the pool, so it wasn't us. No pizza cutter. Admittedly, this is pretty nitpicky, but I think it's pretty safe to say that when people are on vacation, they'll be having pizza sooner or later. Other than those items. the house was pretty nice. There were plenty of towels for us to use, and aside from a few outlets, everything worked as it should. One item of note is that this house is VERY close to Disney, so be prepared for that traffic. Hightly Recommend

Property manager was fast to alert us to a pool correction they were working on as soon as we arrived (before we even had a chance to figure it out ourselves) and very responsive to correct a small plumbing issue during our stay. The location is perfect for all the Disney parks, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I recommended the nearby Publix, not the Walmart. Plenty of room and all the amenities you think you will need. Highly recommend this home and property managers.

Great stay

Weā€™ve stayed at this house a few times. Itā€™s clean, well equipped and comfortable. The kids love the pool. Mom and dad love the hot tub. Itā€™s well worth paying to heat the hot tub. We chose the neighborhood because of location. Itā€™s a mile from the tourist area and a few miles from the parks.

Paradise Stay

Dear Mr Thomas you house was beautiful and my family and I enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of running stools but we just shook the handles andcwer fine the automatic sprinkler went off and you assistance on that made it easy to turn off one little slat in the wondow by the door was broken. With all of this said and done still had an absolutely wonderful time. Just a few things to have a headds up on. Thank you for your hospitality.

The layout of house was great, there were problems though such as the leaky toliet that the PM should have known. we didn't have use of the 4th bathroom for the first 4 days of our stay, also their is an irrigation leak into the house that we discovered and let them know. Documentation about the nuances of the property could be improved, e,g., they don't supply dish cloths, paid for heat and it didn't work the second week, after a couple of inquiry's were told to fill up the pool for the heat to kick in. The lights are all based on switches, we learned that from previous reviews, however, the outlets in the two king size bedrooms / bathrooms. After several inquiry's we were advised to check every outlet in the house to find one that may have been tripped and would control these outlets. We found it in the bathroom that we had shut down pending repairs. For future users it's the one between the twin bedrooms, it tripped a lot.

A wonderful Disney vacation.

It was a wonderful family Disney vacation! Trevor was always prompt in responding to my questions. The whole process was seamless. The house is a LOT larger than it looks from pictures. Very comfortable. The beds are a little older and could use mattress toppers, but they are comfortable, and we all had a good night sleep. I paid to have pool and hot tub heated. It was warm but could have been hotter. But overall, it was a perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation, especially for the price. Thank you, Trevor, for a wonderful experience.

Girls getaway

House was perfect for a week long girls getaway. Loved the floor plan with each of us having our own bathroom either in our room or just outside the bedroom door. We would happily stay here again. Nice sized pool but we did have issues with pool heat. The system is automated and we were informed the pool temp was at 87 & that the spa & pool was the same temperature. This was clearly not the case. We are from Michigan & have pools so we are familiar with a comfortable temp & this never achieved that. We ended up scooping the warm water from the spa into the pool so that we could use the pool. This required 4 calls to the management company. Never was the phone answered & only 2 of the 4 messages resulted in a return call. Owner was great at communicating& called as soon as he was informed of pool heat issue. I am completely unimpressed with the management company. After paying a significant amount for pool heat I would have expected him to at least stop by to check it out for himself. Other than that the house just needs a little maintenance. One toilet leaks & another doesnā€™t stop running. Refrigerator door will also get stuck, like a vacuum seal, 3-4 times a day. This is going to result in the handle being broken. These issues were reported at the end of our stay so they can hopefully be fixed prior to next guest.

We were 3 guys playing golf each day and this place was perfect to come back to , to a spacious , quiet wonderful neighborhood and house to relax and get cleaned up before going back out to dinner . There was nothing we lacked and would like to get back next time weā€™re in Orlando

We had a fantastic time in the property. One small issue with pool heat & the dishwasher was quickly resolved by the owner Trevor. Hope to return soon. Highly recommend a stay in this house - have stayed numerous times in the area and this was the best

Perfect location

This villa is absolutely perfect for visiting all theme parks. Great location. The villa has all amenities that you need for a great holiday. Communication with the owner and local management agent is also perfect. Kept informed at all times about check n and check out as well as dos and donts. The villa is very clean and is in a lovely area. This was our first time there but certainly will stay again

My wife Sheila and I first came out to Florida 20 years ago with our children.We have visited Disney and Universal many times since. We have always stayed in Hotels. In the year 2009 we came out with 2 of our grandchildren and stayed in a villa. The experience was so much better that we decided to buy this fantastic place. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have fallen in love with it.

We looked in many areas around Orlando before choosing Indian Creek,we settled here as it gave easy access to all the Orlando Theme Parks. Also it is close to shops restuarants and many golf courses. A quiet location and within easy driving distance of Tampa and the west coast beaches.
