This stylish apartment with 40² located on the ground floor. There is a living room with a complete, well-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with 1.80 m wide double bed, a bathroom with shower (wk. 1) or tub with shower (wk. 4) and a furnished terrace. Smooth floors, leather sofa and erase references come against allergies. The Non smoking apartment looks through many, even floor to ceiling windows bright and friendly.

The neat, cream-colored Villa & # 132; s Sunny Beach & # 147; was rebuilt in 2006. There are apartments in 3 different categories for two, four or six people on the ground floor with terrace or in. 2 Floor with roof terrace available. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. In house washer and dryer are available for use for a small fee. A parking space is allocated per apartment. Bicycle storage space is available.

Villa Am Sonnenstrand, Bansin

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war gut,Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Kurze Wege um Restaurants, Geschäfte etc. zu erreichen. Hinterm Haus war der Park vom Schloonsee und in 10 Min. war man am Strand. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, allerdings sollten die Lattenroste der Betten ausgetauscht werden. Jede Bewegung war mit Geräuschen verbunden und das war auf Dauer nervig. Auch was die Sauberkeit anbelangt, ist noch Luft nach oben, ( an den Küchenschränken und an der Mikrowellentür unglaublich viele "Fingerabdrücke"), eine Menge Spinnweben( mit "Bewohnern") im Schlaf,- und Wohnzimmer und unter dem Bett ist wohl auch schon länger nicht mehr richtig gewischt worden. Man sollte als Ein,- Ausgang die Terrassentür benutzen (lt. Aushang an der Wohnungstür), nur um auf die Terrasse zu gelangen musste man über die Wiese, auf diese kommt man aber nur, wenn man durch die Blumenbepflanzung läuft. Nicht so toll.
