ACOTZ BAY - Superb Californian-style villa with swimming pool - Saint-Jean de Luz
Ideally located just a stone's throw from Lafitenia beach in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, this approximately 320m² house with Basque and Californian style captivates with its refined lines and generous volumes. Designed on three levels, it offers a living space oriented towards the ocean. With its open living spaces, sunny garden, and high-end amenities, it perfectly embodies the art of living on the Basque coast.
LIVING SPACES
The main entrance is on the first floor. This level features a large living area, centred around a living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a large dining table, and an open kitchen. It opens onto a first wooden terrace, fitted with a large table for outdoor meals and a relaxation area perfect for sunny breakfasts or aperitifs. A second terrace, adjacent to the entrance, complements the outdoor spaces of this level, offering an additional space to enjoy the mild climate. A closed office allows for complete privacy.
On the second floor, a space entirely dedicated to comfort and entertainment houses a home cinema with a video projector and benefits from an unobstructed view of the sea.
Finally, on the ground floor, a third terrace of 100m² extends into the 2000m² garden with a heated pool (in summer only). This space features an outdoor lounge and a large table for outdoor meals.
BEDROOMS
The house has five bedrooms spread across two levels. On the first floor, the master suite with its King size bed is located near the living area. It has a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. A first bedroom with a double bed (Extra King size) opens directly onto the pool and has its own shower room. A second bedroom, equipped with two twin beds (80x200cm), offers a view of the pool. A third bedroom with a double bed (King size) is oriented towards the garden. These last two share a shower room with toilets and a sauna.
Finally, a last bedroom with a double bed (King size) and garden view has its own shower room with toilets. This level also includes a laundry room and separate toilets.

The property has four outdoor parking spaces, ideal for accommodating residents and guests with ease.

Several beach bars and restaurants are located near the villa, including the seafood restaurant Ostalamer, the coastal path and the Vélodyssée, nearby, invite walks between sea and nature. They also allow easy and peaceful access by bike or on foot to the centre of Guéthary (1.7 km) or Saint-Jean-de-Luz (3 km). The Spanish border (24 minutes by car) is easily accessible for day or evening trips.
