Dans un havre de paix, en flanc de colline, gîte à l'étage (27 marches) d'une maison comportant un gîte en rez-de-chaussée et l'appartement des propriétaires sans vis-à-vis. Grande terrasse privative avec une vue exceptionnelle, salon de jardin. Piscine commune clôturée (5x10x1.2 de profondeur) sécurisée par alarme, transats. POELE A BOIS (20 euros la caisse de bois). CLIMATISATION DANS PIECE DE JOUR. 1er étage : cuisine bien aménagée ouverte sur salle à manger salon avec canapé et fauteuils, une chambre avec un lit double (160x200), une chambre avec deux lits simples (0.90x190), une petite chambre avec un canapé convertible 140x190, salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, wc
