I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pollux family apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect for me - quiet and peaceful, but convenient to shops and other services. Should I return to Zermatt, I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

This is a great place to stay. The unit was very clean and well provisioned. I would definitely stay there again. The bus stop is right near by so access through town is easy.

Clean comfortable stay in Nice neighborhood

Our family of three teenagers found apartment very clean. Kitchen especially were small but had everything necessary for preparing meals. The only determint is that there is no direct view of the Matterhorn. The host is very gracious and accommodating

Excellent stay in Zermatt

Excellent place to stay, spacious and well equipped apartment in quiet location,further from the centre uphill but still walkable. From own terrace you couldn’t see Matterhorn but from the other side of the building it’s visible and you can also be in the yard to spot the pick. Definitely would like to come here back one day!

Perfect place in heaven!

I loved everything about this place, especially the bathtub, it was huge! I broke my collarbone first day on the trip so I had to chill a lot at the apartment and it felt just like home! I loved sitting on the patio working on my emails and listening to the birds. I will be back for sure.

We will definitely come back!

I came from California with my husband and 2 sons for the first time to Zermatt. We wanted to ski mostly but also enjoy the town. This location was perfect. We could walk to town easily for dinner each evening - less than 10 minutes and we could either bus or walk to the gondola each morning. Good exercise if you walk:) The property itself has everything we need. The kitchen had every utensil, bowl, kitchen item you needed to cook or prepare. And a great capsule coffee maker for each morning. There is even a raclette set should you feel like cooking in. The 2 bedrooms were good sized with very comfortable beds and more than ample closet space. The living room was comfortable and the bathroom has a powerful shower which I always appreciate. Downstairs there is a washer / dryer you can use for a few Swiss Francs. The hosts were wonderful. So attentive and responsive as soon as I had a question and we just wish we found have stayed longer. I highly recommend this property for its comfort and accessibility.

L'appartamento è in una bella zona, molto tranquilla e silenziosa...a parte momentaneamente l'accesso non fattibile con il bus per lavori sulla strada.Tutto era pulito e in ordine...abbiamo anche trovato il cesto per la.colazione con burro marmellata ,pane e una bottiglia di vino.La proprietaria Nicole mi ha pure contattato per vedere se tutto era in ordine.

Willkommenskorb mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel (Wein, Brot, Milch, etc.) Top eingerichtete FEWO. Küche top und sehr gut ausgestattet, Lage super - zu empfehlen ist das Busabo für den Elektrobus. Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
