## Space

Located on the 2nd floor of a secure building (no elevator), this 25 m² apartment offers a comfortable living space with a kitchenette and a sleeping area. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The main room features a living area with a convertible coffee table that transforms into a dining table, as well as a bedroom space with a double bed (140x200) separated by a glass partition. The fitted kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave-grill, two vitroceramic hobs, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. In the bathroom, you’ll find a sink unit, towel rack, shower, and toilet. A wardrobe with hangers and a large built-in closet with shelves are available for storing your belongings.

The apartment has fiber-optic internet and a smart TV, giving you easy access to all your favorite apps (Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, YouTube, etc.).

For medium and long stays, the building is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, available for free. An iron and ironing board can also be provided upon request.

Bed linen and towels are included for your comfort. Please note that private parking is not available with this rental, but you can park on the surrounding streets according to the city’s pricing and regulations.

The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We kindly ask you to take good care of the accommodation and respect the property and neighbors. A security deposit will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes.

Ideally located on Place Cauchoise, in the heart of Rouen Rive Droite, this charming, fully renovated one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect setting to explore and enjoy the city.

Just a 10-minute walk from Rouen train station, 7 minutes from the Rive Droite quays, and 5 minutes from the lively and iconic Place du Vieux Marché, you'll be right at the center of Rouen's vibrant life. Enjoy everything the city has to offer: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, gyms, and much more.

## Transit

Metro: The nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to quickly reach popular areas such as the city center, the train station or shopping areas.

Bus: Several bus lines pass right by Place Cauchoise, including lines 3, 4 and 5. These lines serve various points of interest, making it easy for you to get around Rouen and to the surrounding communes.

TEOR: The TEOR line, a high-service bus service, is also nearby. It enables you to travel comfortably and quickly throughout the metropolis, with strategic stops linking key areas of the city.

Accessibility: Whether you want to visit Rouen's magnificent cathedral, stroll through Old Rouen or discover museums, everything is within easy reach thanks to an efficient transport network.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Access may therefore be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying heavy luggage.

Check-ins are self-guided to give you greater flexibility. They are possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, along with essentials for your first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper...). Each guest receives a large towel, tea towels, a bath mat per bathroom, and a welcome kit including a trash bag, sponge, and dish soap.

We are committed to providing you with a pleasant stay. However, please note that we do not operate as a hotel: mid-stay cleaning, fresh linen and towels, restocking of amenities, or delivery services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

A few important reminders:

- Parties are strictly prohibited (a €250 fee will be deducted from the deposit in case of non-compliance).

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (€50 fee applies).

- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given (€50 fee applies).

- Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at replacement value.
