Located on the top floor of an old building, this light-filled apartment will seduce you with its warm and soothing atmosphere. Accessible by lift to the 4th floor, a small staircase then leads to the 5th and top level, offering a beautiful sense of tranquillity at height, and an exceptional view over the city rooftops.



The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a very bright living room thanks to two large skylights and a large bay window that flood the room with natural light throughout the day. The charm of the old blends perfectly with a carefully crafted and contemporary decoration.



The living area also includes a dining space, a lounge area with television, and a fully equipped kitchen (hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, utensils...). The bathroom is modern and pleasant, with shower, washbasin and toilet.



You will of course benefit from WiFi and TV for a fully comfortable stay.



Its ideal location on Rue Plantagenêt places you just steps away from all of Angers' must-see attractions: the cathedral, the castle, museums, shops, restaurants, public transport... Everything is accessible on foot!
