The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave used Towels on the bathroom Towel rack
Remove trash from the Kitchen and leave in the Garbage bin outside at the backyard.
Turn off all lights, TV's & Water Heater.
Lock all external leading Doors & meet up with the Property Manager at the front Door.
If the Property Manager is not available to meet up, please leave Keys with the security at the Estate Gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
