This beautiful apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible only by stairs.

The front door of this 73 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large TV. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days, with a view of the Pey Berland Tower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals (oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The dining area can seat up to four guests. A washing machine is also available.

Both bedrooms feature double beds (160x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel linen.

The modern bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Please note that the air conditioning is a portable air conditioner for one room.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Hôtel de Ville (line B), is just a 1-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note: The apartment is located above a restaurant, which may result in some noise from kitchen activity (machines, dishes) and the presence of bins at the entrance during certain hours.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
