Our 4-star non-smoking holiday home is located in the north-western Thuringian Forest on a plot of 1200 m² on an idyllic mountain meadow on the outskirts of Fischbach, a district of the town of Waltershausen. The flat is approx. 100 m² in size, is centrally heated and is furnished in country house style. There are two large bedrooms, each with a large double bed, a large wardrobe and various seating areas. The bathroom has a shower, WC, bathtub, two washbasins and underfloor heating. In the living area there is a large upholstered corner with coffee table and a dining table with upholstered chairs, a wardrobe and other small pieces of furniture with TV and radio/CD. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers an upholstered seating area for relaxing. There is a hall cloakroom with shoe cupboard in the hallway. The terrace can be accessed directly from the living room. A table and chairs as well as a charcoal barbecue are provided here. In the basement we have a hobby room with a table tennis table, darts and ball game, which can be used by both flats.
Hikers will find the right tour for every requirement. The hiking meeting point with well signposted hiking trails is only about 200 metres away. There is a restaurant with many Thuringian delicacies just 100 metres away.
The excursion destinations are Bad Tabarz 4 km, the Marienglashöhle 7 km, Friedrichrode 8 km, Tenneberg Castle in Waltershausen 8 km, the large Inselsberg with the Rennsteig 4 km as well as the cities of Gotha 20 km, Eisenach 20 km, Erfurt 50 km and Weimar 70 km with their historical sights.
