The agency Cocoonr/ Book&Pay offers for rent, in the town of Agde, this air-conditioned studio, 500 m from the beach, with an area of 25 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a living room, a kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower) and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful days.

Housing consists of the following:
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A sleeping area separated by a curtain with 1 double bed (140 190), TV, close to the living room
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside:
- A balcony of 3 m2 facing south to enjoy the sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Agde, in a very nice environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
