Step into this spacious 250 m² home and be greeted by a bright interior with elegant, uniquely curated decor.

The main living room features a plush, comfortable sofa and a television, complemented by a cozy fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A second lounge area with soft, welcoming sofas offers the perfect space to relax and spend quality time with family or friends.

The dining area includes a large table that can comfortably seat up to eight guests.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals: an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and utensils.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed (180x200), the second bedroom features a double bed (140x200), and the third has two single beds. Each bed is dressed with high-quality hotel-style linens for your comfort. Every bedroom also includes a desk, ideal for working in peace.

Plenty of storage space is available throughout the home, so you can truly settle in and feel at home.

The house has three bathrooms: the first with a bathtub, the second with a bathtub and a shower, and the third with a shower.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, the home is equipped with a smoke detector.

Finally, the property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure optimal comfort and cleanliness.

The Batignolles neighborhood is loved for its village-like atmosphere and bohemian charm. Stroll through its quiet streets lined with cozy cafés, small shops, and artisan boutiques. Take a walk in Martin Luther King Park, a modern green space featuring themed gardens and playgrounds. Don’t miss Rue des Moines, known for its lively markets and diverse restaurants. Batignolles is the perfect place to experience an authentic and relaxed side of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, La Fourche (line 13), is just a 2-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
