This charming and spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. It includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view;
- a furnished terrace.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
You will have access to a parking/ garage during your stay.
For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Intermarché EXPRESS Saint-Raphaël" is 5 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Vieux-Port de Saint-Raphaël at 6 minutes by car;
- Plage de Fréjus at 7 minutes;
- the Amphithéùtre romain de Fréjus at 10 minutes, and many more.

Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town as well as a popular seaside resort. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities, divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque Church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Victoire and the Jardin Bonaparte.

From Cannes-Mandelieu International Airport: 33 minutes by car.
