## Logement
This apartment opens onto a private courtyard, without any noise or vis-à-vis.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and location.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Air conditioning is a plus in summer. The system does not require an outdoor unit, as we are in the heart of the old town. The heat or cool production unit is therefore in the living room, a system specially designed for this situation. Start-up may be considered noisy.

The home is located :
- in a quiet but central pedestrian street ;
- in the immediate vicinity of the Provencal Market;
- a 5-minute walk from the Remparts, Port Vauban, Musée Picasso, Marché des Antiquités, Commune libre du Safranier and Plage de la Gravette.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Antibes is a commune located in the Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera, Antibes. It is a city erected by the Greeks who knew how to keep its authenticity; in the old town, it is possible to discover the medieval ramparts, some Provençal markets as well as a flowery and traditional architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the path of Tire Poil at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. It is a city full of charm that combines culture and the inescapable agitation of the South, you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
