Perched on the top floor of a typical Lavandou-style house, this spacious apartment welcomes up to 4 guests into a bright, authentic, and delightfully Mediterranean setting. Nestled between the bustling port of Le Lavandou and the iconic Saint-Clair beach, it offers the perfect balance of seaside energy and southern serenity.
A Light-Filled Apartment with Sea View… and a Hidden Terrace
The charm starts as soon as you walk in. You pass through a generous, fully equipped kitchen designed for easy-going meals and long, lazy breakfasts, before stepping into a vast living area flooded with natural light. The lounge and dining space share one magnificent backdrop: the port below, anchored sailboats, and green hills rolling into the distance.
Large windows open onto a balcony where mornings begin with coffee in hand and end with sunset toasts as the boats gently sway in the harbour.
And that’s not all. At the rear of the apartment, a walkway leads to a secluded terrace nestled in lush greenery. Slightly elevated and tucked away, it feels like a little secret garden suspended in time. This is where breakfasts stretch into lunch, impromptu dinners take shape under the sun, and summer evenings unfold under twinkling lights. A peaceful, private and truly one-of-a-kind hideaway.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower room, accessible from the kitchen; the other, more spacious, features twin beds and a view of the port. Separate toilets offer added day-to-day convenience.
