This bright vacation home has been renovated and decorated with true seaside charm. It offers a swimming pool-jacuzzi and three terraces on 3 different sizes of the house. Located 1km from Kerfany beach and a few hundred meters from the Belon River and the Gr34 hiking trail, this house will charm you with its 185m2 (1,900 sq ft) and it’s enclosed 1,400m2 (1,600 sq ft) garden. It features two living areas, one with a fireplace and the other with a TV area, à parte and very bright wellness area with a heated swimming pool-jacuzzi (as well as a shower & toilet). Maximum comfort is offered in every room (bedding included!), as well as plenty of space to relax and play. Embark on a dreamy vacation with family or friends!!!

We’re a family of 4 world travelers. We’re Franco-Anglo-Italo-Dutch who currently live in Sardinia but whose heart is split between here and my wife’s place of origin, Bretagne.
Why they chose this property
A lot of people would consider we live in paradise. Indeed, Sardinia is spectacular, and yet as soon as we leave Bretagne (the south Finistere in particular) we can’t wait till next time. The seaside, the walks, the beaches, the sailing, the food, the people are really something else!
What makes this property unique
My wife spent a year renovating our home, and turned it into a charming seaside cottage for our family, that all our friends love coming to as well. It was not renovated as a rental, and has absolutely everything you can think of. The pool, the garden, the terraces, the rooms really make it a dreamy destination!
