In the commune of La Bresse, we offer you this charming 140 m² chalet with breathtaking mountain views, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 100 m² terrace. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen included, towels not provided, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation (totally at your disposal) is composed as follows:
First floor :
- a 50 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area
- adjoining dining room
- fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- bedroom 1: king-size bed (180 × 200) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
- separate WC

First floor:
- bedroom 2: two single beds (90 × 200)
- bedroom 3: two single beds (90 × 200)
- bedroom 4: two single beds (90 × 200)
- bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, 2 high chairs, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- a 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
- a 90 m² south-facing garden bordered by hedges.

The chalet is ideally located in La Bresse (5 - 10 minutes' walk from the town center), in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Sports activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, Nordic skiing, rock climbing, snowshoeing, hiking, paragliding, biking, hiking, bungee jumping, tennis, moto trail, accrobranches, swimming pool, fantasticable...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private parking lot (4 vehicles, including 2 under an awning).

- Nearest train station: Remiremont, approx. 30 km away
- Bus connection between Remiremont and La Bresse
- Nearest airport: Bale-Mulhouse approx. 85 km away.
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen included and beds already made on arrival, please bring your own towels (not supplied).
- The fireplace is functional and the first flambé is free.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
