You’re going to love staying here! This lovely little retreat offers all the comforts you could want for a wonderful stay. Everything has been renovated with taste, elegance, and great attention to detail. For your enjoyment, you’ll have all the amenities you need for daily life; every detail has been carefully selected to ensure you have everything you need. You can enjoy breakfast on the balcony with its lovely view of the sea. This 34-square-meter apartment has been fully renovated and features a terrace with a sea view; it’s located just a 1-minute walk from Garonne Beach via a small private gate. The sleeping area features a cozy 140-cm bed. A bike storage area is also available for the many bike rides you can take in the Colle Noire mountain range (a 5-minute bike ride), for example. You might also consider visiting the Îles d’Or—Porquerolles and Port-Cros—which are accessible from Hyères (a 15-minute drive). And without even needing to take your car, you’ll find all the shops you need nearby: restaurants/bars/tobacco shops, a pharmacy, a bakery, an ice cream shop, and a water sports center (paddleboarding, windsurfing, etc.). The apartment, located between Hyères and Toulon, is a 15-minute drive from both of these charming towns. It’s 10 minutes from La Garde train station and 20 minutes from Toulon train station. A bus stop is located near the apartment. La Garonne Beach is just a 1-minute walk away via a private entrance through a gate. You can park your car in the secure residential complex. I grew up in Le Pradet—it’s a very pleasant town. I’ll be sure to share my favorite spots with you. I’m a nurse; I work and live 15 minutes from the apartment. As a frequent traveler on Airbnb, I don’t like to be disturbed when I’m on vacation, so I’ll treat you the way I’d like to be treated: I’ll be available but discreet ;-) Very quiet neighborhood; a tree-lined, secure residential complex located a 1-minute walk from the ocean. Free parking in the complex. It’s a small, single-story residential complex—very quiet and surrounded by trees. It’s close to the typically Provençal village of Le Pradet, where people often dance in the town square or enjoy concerts by excellent local bands. Just a few kilometers away are the magnificent beaches of Carqueiranne, l’Almanarre, la Capte, la Bergerie, and the sublime Giens Peninsula.
