RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY PROFESSIONAL BEACH SERVICE with the rental of hugely popular 11th floor luxury condo during the beach season of March 1 - October 31, including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set each day of your stay. This condo is #1104 in the Indigo East Building and features King Size beds in the Master BR and the Guest BR. This incredible 11th floor unit has been completely repainted, top to bottom. All carpet has been replaced with high end porcelain "wood look" plank tiles for aesthetics and cleanliness alike. Just as we did in our three other 2 BR condos at Indigo, we reconfigured the layout of furniture for the purpose of creating a "media room / sleeper sofa room" between the kitchen and the northside "bonus" balcony. While we still only allow 6 persons, this side room makes for a great way for some members of your group to go to sleep, yet still allow others in the living room to stay up and not give up that sofa. The sleeper sofa added for this room is a luxurious Natuzzi leather queen sleeper sofa with fabric straps (not hard bars) and a ultra luxury mattress. Although this side room does not have an entry door, it is a great way to get some of the advantages of a 3 BR condo, without actually renting a 3 BR condo. We loved our stay at the Indigo. Tony met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. He was kind and welcoming. He was eager for us to have a wonderful stay. He was very communicative, answering any and all questions in a timely manner. He even paid us a visit mid week of our stay to check on us and brought us some boiled shrimp. The condo was lovely and was perfect for our family. We would definitely book with them again.

Beautiful!

This condo and the Indigo property were beautiful! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation. The attention to detail and hospitality provided by Mr. Tony were both top notch! From check in to check out, Mr. Tony wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with everything! We have stayed at many places in Perdido Key over the years, and this is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in!

Amazing Condo!

The Indigo Condominium complex is a gorgeous property. This unit is very comfortable with great mattresses, a huge flat screen tv and a well stocked kitchen. The owners manage the rental themselves and are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are kind and welcoming and really go out of their way to make your stay hassle free. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Magnificent Vacation on the Beach

This was a wonderful unit right on the beach. The views from the balcony were spectacular, amazing to wake up and watch dolphins swimming by in the gulf. Walks down the beach to the nearby state park made you feel like you were away from all the bustle of normal life. The amenities at the Indigo are astounding with a large hot tub and heated pool for any weather and a large unheated pool for cooling off under the sun. Tony was a wonderful host and made sure our stay was perfect. The unit was very clean and just as described, ready to enjoy vacation without any other worries. We would definitely stay here again!

We live nearby on a small farm in Lillian, Alabama - just 20 to 25 minutes from Perdido Key and we now own four Indigo 2 br condos. We started handling our own condo rentals in 2011, sort of by happenstance. We dropped by one of our condo rentals and discovered that it was not anywhere close to being as clean as our standards would require. We rolled up our sleeves and spent the next 4 hours double teaming the cleaning ourselves. When our guests arrived, they were astounded to find such a clean condo and that made us feel very proud and we were happy to know we had pleased our incoming guests. From there, the rest is history as they say. For more than 14 years now, we have personally handled all bookings, check-ins, housekeeper coordination, cleaning inspections, deep cleans, etc., and we have made many great friends and enjoy a repeat business level of more than 80%. If you want to develop a quality relationship with an actual owner/operator of an Indigo condo - you should give us a try. We promise you won't be disappointed. We are conscientious to a fault. We are overly concerned that our guests are happy and content. We are still building our reviews on our Indigo 1104E, 1204E and 1804E condos, but you can read our 100+ 5-Star reviews for our 1904E condo at www.VRBO.com/365881

Choose Indigo 1104E and you will not be disappointed. We guarantee you that you will be more than satisfied with the cleanliness and the quality of the condo and furnishings. From the moment you arrive at Indigo, you will sense the natural peacefulness and security that comes with being inside a gated community. Entering our well appointed lobby area, you'll get the feeling you're at a Ritz-Carlton, but with a laid back yet professional staff and environment. Once on the elevator, you are a short ride away from entering our private foyer, where you will use an electronic access method to enter the condo. Once inside, you will be be amazed at the spaciousness and smooth feeling of the floor plan layout. This is an extremely large unit for a 2 bedroom. In fact, it has more square footage than many of the 3 bedroom units up and down the beach. Extra high ceilings have an open and luxurious feel.

2025 values of Indigo 2 bedroom condos like this one are around $875,000. The 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom condos are Indigo in 2025 are pretty much a million dollars and up. What does this mean for you, as a rental guest? It means that Indigo is probably the highest end condominium in Perdido Key where you can still rent a condo for a period of 7 days or more. Most of the new condos today are extremely expensive and most do not allow short term rentals - basically blocking out the possibility of vacationers to enjoy a luxury condo rental experience. But, since Indigo was originally established as a 7 day (or more) rental property, rental guests have the opportunity to experience the luxury and security of a high end condo - but without having to buy one!
