On the 1st floor, west-facing facade of a charming residence. This beautiful, bright apartment features a living room with a wall bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a built-in toilet, and a comfortable terrace overlooking the wooded park.
Parking is available nearby.
This ideal location allows you to access several nearby activities, such as restaurants, a mini-golf course, a casino, water sports, and even a fun way to spend time at the fair to create unforgettable memories.
