Appartement situé dans le Bât. E, au 1er et dernier étage avec une terrasse de 8 m2 plein Sud, un parking extérieur en contre-bas.

- 2 lits individuels superposés (80 x 200) qui peuvent se transformer en 1 grand lit (160 x 200) sur la partie basse, placard.

& La salle de bain :
- Douche à l’italienne.
- Machine à laver.
& Les toilettes séparés.
& Cuisine équipée :
- Lave-Vaisselle,
