nice apartment for 1-3 people, located near the coast in the beautiful quiet place Playa San Juan on the south-west coast of Tenerife. The sea is only 3 minutes walk. To the sandy beach in the village 7 minutes walk.
WiFi, satellite TV in German are available. The apartment has a large balcony with partial sea view.
The equipment is complete and well suited for a longer stay.

Apartment war reserviert bestätigt und bezahlt vom 23.1.22 - 27.1.22, wurde am 21.1.22 um 19:22 per Email abgesagt, musste alles stornieren und neu buchen, Flug, Auto, anderes Apartment, Fähre, da kommt Freude auf ;-((( Nachricht vom Gastgeber Hallo lieber Herr Karl (Carlos) Fischer , leider habe ich das Apartment in San Juan nicht mehr frei zu diesem Zeitraum. Es tut mir leid, ich muss es so stornieren. Frei ist noch das Sonnenstudio vom 26.1.-30.1. falls es nützlich ist. Mit einem herzlichen Gruß Daniela Meister

Urlaubsfeeling mit geräuschvoller Untermalung

Die Wohnung an sich war schön. Die Ausstattung entsprach den einfachsten täglichen Ansprüchen. Weniger schön war die Geräuschkulisse rings herum, worauf der Eigentümer keinen Einfluss hat. In der ersten Nacht um 2.30 h wurden wir von der Müllabfuhr geweckt, die lautstark die in ca 50 m Entfernung Befindlichen Müllcontainer entsorgte. Jede Nacht, wie wir feststellen mussten. Schräg unterhalb des Schlafzimmerfensters befindet sich eine Restaurantterrasse, die zur Freude der Betreiber gut besucht wird. Weniger für uns, aber immerhin war um 23 h Ende der Veranstaltung draußen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig. Eine ruhige Wohnlage würden wir das nicht nennen; Spanier empfinden das sicherlich anders. Angrenzende Gewebebetriebe bringen eine gewisse Unruhe mit sich. Die kleine Seitenstraße ist eine ruhige Einbahnstraße mit eingeschränkten Parkmöglichkeiten. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gelangt man an die Küstenpromenade, von dort aus weiter zum dunklen Sandstrand, der durch die Hafenbucht sehr geschützt liegt. Der wilde Atlantik ist hier nicht so stark zu spüren, an ruhigen Tagen erinnert das Wasser fast an einen See. Zu Playa San Juan: Ein kleiner beschaulicher Ort, der sicherlich vom Tourismus lebt, aber nicht überaus davon geprägt ist. Typisch spanisches Ambiente, sehr authentisch. Keine Bettenburgen, keine Hotelketten. Ein Auto ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Man bekommt alles für den täglichen Gebrauch in umliegenden Geschäften. Die Insel ist busmäßig gut vernetzt, die nächste Haltestelle ist quasi um zwei Ecken. Das ganze Haus wird von einer Verwaltung betreut. Insgesamt sind es 6 Wohnungen auf 4 Etagen verteilt, kein Aufzug. Bei der Wohnungsfindung ist es notwendig zu klären, auf welcher Etage und in welcher Lage sich die Wohnung befindet. Das geht aus den Beschreibungen nicht hervor. Die zum Innenhof ausgerichteten Wohnungen haben die Problematik der Geräuschkulisse. Die Aussicht auf ein angrenzendes Baugrundstück, Häuserfronten und Müllcontainer ist auch nicht so prickelnd.
