House entirely renovated, located in a quiet environment near the town center, 500-m walk from the sea and 10-min drive from the ocean.

Your bedroom (12m2) is located on the 1st floor, fitted with a queen-size bed (memory mattress and pillow for optimum comfort), drawers, shelves, hanging space, and a workspace.
Your private shower room and toilet are on the same level.
English and French books are available next to your bedroom.

The living rooms (lounge with a pellet stove, dining room and open kitchen) are located on the ground level. You can store fresh produce in the fridge.

Breakfast is available upon request (for an extra 8 € per person per day). It is composed of tea, coffee or hot chocolate, fruit and local and/or homemade products, served in the dining room or in the south-facing garden according to your preference.

The house is equipped with high-speed broadband internet (fibre optic).

10-min walk to the coastal paths and a few minute drive to Port-Louis, Locmiquélic, Gâvres and to the ferries to Lorient.

Shops and public transport within walking distance.
