The house is feathering three theme rooms including Little Minions, Star-wars, and Frozen. On the loft, there is a 100 inch projector screen to allow guests enjoying big hit movies ,along with pool table and air hockey table.

This fantastic Windsor Island resort home has an incredible floor plan. You will enter into an huge open downstairs floor plan with well equipped kitchen, quartz counter tops, all stainless steel appliances , large Island with seating and a great view out the patio door to the covered lanai and large pool area with screened backyard to keep out the Florida bugs. Also in this open concept area is a Dining area and spacious living room with comfortable seating and large TV.

You will find a downstairs two large king master suites with its own ensuite baths. There is even a patio door from the master to walk out to the covered lanai and pool.
You will also find a spacious laundry room downstairs with full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will be greeted as you walk up the stairs to a large lounge area with 100 inch projector screens, seating area, and a great place to watch your favorite movie. On top of that is the standard sized pool table and air hockey table for you to enjoy.

All this in the Brand new Gated Community of Windsor Island. Resort Amenities are fully completed and opened.
The amenities include a large resort pool, Children's Water park, Lazy River, Water Slide, Bar area, Cabana Rental, Mini putt golf, Fire pit, Sand Volleyball court. You may never want to leave.

Parking Instruction:

Key Rules to Share with Guests (as outlined in the attached flyer):

No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited.

One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs.

No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM.

Parking Allowances:

Townhomes: Up to 3 cars.

40's-style Homes (5-7 bedrooms): Up to 4 cars.

50's-style Homes (8-10 bedrooms): Up to 5 cars.

Oversized Parking Information:
Oversized parking is available for $75 daily. To reserve a spot, please visit the Clubhouse. Unauthorized vehicles parked in the oversized parking area without a reservation will be towed.
