This outstanding house, nestled on the hillside above the village of Cénac and St Julien, is new on the rental market this year. If you are looking for a real home from home, offering quality accomodation, just a stone's throw from local commerces - LAVAYRE is the perfect place for you!
It enjoys the calm of a huge, private secluded garden and pool yet close to all amenities, shops and restaurants in the village below.
The property itself has been immaculately restored to offer a maximum of comfort to the guests. Original features have been retained throughout, with a blend of traditional interior design with period and contemporary furnishings.
INDOOR DESCRIPTION

The house offers on the ground floor:
* A particuliarly spacious living room, bright and airy thanks to its three french windows opening onto the terrace:
- a sitting area with leather sofas set around the woodburning stove, coffee table, smart TV and DVD player.
- a dining area with solid wooden dining table seating 12 and a pellet stove for the cooler seasons
* An elegant painted kitchen with central island, fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave.
A corridor leads to:
* a utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the necessary equipment for ironing
* a first double bedroom with four poster 5ft bed, french doors opening onto the side terrace, and a solid wooden wardrobe.
It benefits from an en suite, spacious bathroom with walk in shower, bath, vanity unit and toilet. The bathroom is also accessible from the corridor.
