Cocoonr invites you to discover Villa Ker Jade, in the commune of Lancieux. This beautiful family home is just 100 metres from the beach at Saint-Sieux. You'll love the comfort and light of this 200 m² villa, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The villa is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

- A pretty 70 m² living room with fireplace (wood not provided), a large sofa that can accommodate the 10 travellers. The large bay windows provide plenty of natural light and give direct access to the south-facing terrace and garden.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a double fridge combo, all the necessary cooking equipment, induction hob and integrated extractor hood.
- For TV evenings, this has a wide range of French and international channels.
- A laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
- Separate WC.
- A beautiful master suite on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace, comprising a king-size bed (180x200), TV, dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower.

If you are coming on holiday with children, we will provide :
- An umbrella bed, two high chairs, a pushchair and plates and cutlery for babies.

Upstairs:
You'll find four beautiful bedrooms, all with dressing rooms.
- Bedroom 1 : one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 : one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 : one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath.
- A separate toilet and a toilet in the bathroom.

Exterior:

-A 280m2 enclosed and secure garden (electric gate). There is a lovely south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, garden table and chairs and a parasol.
-On the north side, you can enjoy the bowling green.

A brazier is at your disposal to make the most of this beautiful outdoors!

The inflatable kayak under the shelter is also available (the owners of the house and Cocoonr disclaim all liability for injury, material damage and / or injury caused or suffered, in case of theft or loss of property and any other physical damage during the activity. ).

. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.



The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings. Lancieux is just 5 minutes' drive from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You can enjoy wonderful activities such as: Dinard golf (Saint-Briac), beautiful walks on the Gr34, discover the markets and regional products, a multitude of water activities ...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park one or two vehicles in the driveway. There is free parking outside in front of the house.

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €25. Please leave the premises clean before you leave, in particular by picking up animal droppings and hair. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your deposit.
- There are two outside cameras: one that takes in the outside entrance (from the electric gate) and another that takes in the terrace and the main entrance to the accommodation.
