Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it offers a practical layout, ideal for family holidays or a stay with friends. Just steps away: shops, restaurants, beaches within walking distance, local market, bike paths, and lovely coastal walks.



The house is arranged over two levels:

On the ground floor: one bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a separate toilet for added comfort.

In the lower level: a living room with TV, dining table, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, and a Senseo coffee machine, plus a bathroom with shower.

Outside: a private patio with an outdoor table and electric plancha — perfect for enjoying summer evenings.



A simple and functional home, ideally located for exploring Les Sables d’Olonne while enjoying a peaceful setting.



Nearby: shops, cafés, market, restaurants, beach and port within walking distance, bike rentals and cycling paths just around the corner, quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
