Le Mayalou - Vue Mer

Cocoonr agency offers you in Sarzeau, we offer this charming 55 m² flat with sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV and a sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
– A balcony with a view of the sea, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
