Many magnificent beaches just moments away are located from our place, like Avythos, Ai Xelis and Makris Gialos.

Vivian's Studio, a cozy 32 sqm apartment, is situated beneath Vivian's Residence, our familly apartment and caters perfectly to couples or small families with a baby. Thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped, the studio ensures that all your needs are met during your stay. Step outside to discover a spacious exterior area where you can unwind, savor delectable meals, and bask in the captivating sea view or take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque garden. Immerse yourself in the sweeping vistas of the island's southern region, accompanied by the delightful scents of lavender and rosemary, guaranteeing a truly magical experience.

Vivian's Villa also boasts a communal exterior space, accessible to all guests, complete with a beautiful garden, barbecue facilities, and a private parking area.
