New house in the heart of the Cevennes Gardoise.

In the heart of the Cévennes, a 40m² detached house with a very large terrace. The house comprises a living room/kitchen, a double bedroom, and a cabin bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a shower room and a very large terrace, perfect for enjoying drinks and barbecues with family. No overlooking neighbors, only the sounds of the forest. A complete change of scenery guaranteed for nature lovers. The swimming pool is accessible from 10 am to 4 pm only, except on Sundays. Ideally located in the commune of the famous motor racing circuit. 20 minutes from Anduze and 1 hour from the sea.
