Summer Camp returns

This place is not for those who expect luxury. It is an uninsulated, small room that has a kitchen, toilet and bedroom all in about a 8x12 space. That said, it is well equipped, clean and serviceable for a single occupant looking for a short stay. It is a fun spot that reminded me of summer camp as a kid. The host is very accommodating and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Her recommendations for food and attractions were right on. Only suggestions are to consider it if weather is abnormally cold as the heat is a small heater and the shower is outdoors. That said, it is a great choice if you have a sense of adventure and are an old scoutmaster like me.

Primative setting with no frills.We experienced a rare cold night in Alabama and the Sheshed was not set up for the temperature. If you are looking for a unique memory, this is the place.

Lavretta Park's new pickleball courts are in this fantastic neighborhood in the heart of Springhill next to the University of South Alabama.

What makes this property unique

It's like a rustic cabin in the woods with all of the amenities including a shower with hot water and a handheld sprayer. Also, there is private garage parking. And the property is at the back of the electric garage.
