The **** villa with pool in Stokovci is located in the middle of South Istria, halfway between Pazin and Pula. On a small mountain, surrounded by forests, meadows and vineyards. The house is fully equipped, has three air conditioners, a washing machine and it has a private pool, where you can fully enjoy in a hot summer day. In front of the house is a parking lot. Suitable for family.

Charming Istrian stone house in peaceful setting

A beautiful and lovingly modernised stone house in a peaceful village with infrequent passing traffic. Great pool and relaxation area and not too far from tourist hubs such as Rovinj. We loved our stay here.

Perfect villa in a lovely location

This villa is amazing...lovely pool that is lit up at night...air conditioning in every room...hammock and swings and a nice garden with fruit to pick...loads of extra little touches such as a football, floatie for the pool, refreshments on arrival...friendly hosts...we have stopped in lots of villa over the years and this one has been our favourite...a massive recommend

Just perfect! We will be back

The location of this child is perfect. Really calm and peaceful location for relaxation. But just a short drive to local restaurants and towns and about 30 mins from Pula and Rovinj. It's a great base to explore the whole area. Svetvincenat is beautiful for a relaxing family meal close by. The villa itself is just amazing, really well decorated and designed, keeping the old charm of the building with modern but classic touches. We loved it and will be back!!

Excellent all round

The host, Barbara, couldn’t have been more helpful, sent us loads of links for places to visit, local restaurants, things to do. House and pool are lovely, temperature hit 35 degrees this week so air con great at night. So well equipped, very comfortable , central location great as you can explore in all directions in Istria. You need to hire a car to get best out of area. We will be back!

Great house & pool

The house and pool are lovely, spacious and well equipped. It’s situated about a 6-8 min drive from the nearest small town so it’s nice and quiet. The house has aircon and worked well for us with 3 kids all sharing a room. There was a slight issue about the host not providing dishwasher tablets but that was soon resolved.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Super schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool und die Aussendusche sind ein weiteres Highlight genauso wie die sehr bequemen Betten. Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit Getränken begrüßt hat und eine sehr gute Restaurantempfehlung in der Nähe hatte. Bis zum nächsten (größeren) Supermarkt sind es ca 15 Minuten. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto vor Ort aber ist dann mittig positioniert um gut zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orten zu kommen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Banica sehr genossen. Alles ist genau wie beschrieben. Selbst im Außenbereich war alles hergerichtet, um sich direkt wohlfühlen und entspannen zu können.Beim Check-in hat uns Barbara persönlich begrüßt und sich Zeit genommen, uns alles Wichtige zu zeigen und uns noch Tipps für den Urlaub in der Region gegeben. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Von uns gerne 5 von 5 Sterne und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Urlaub in Stokovci (= Kroatien)

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr gut. Alles bestens . Ein tolles Haus / Villa mit Pool und sehr gepflegter Anlage. Wir können das nur empfehlen. Die Familie ist immer für sie da und sehr nett / kompetent/ aufmerksam. Wie mein Freund " Arni Schwarzenegger" sagen würde: "I will be back!". Fünf Sterne!!!

Excellent point de départ pour visiter l'Istrie

Superbe villa, très bien équipée et très joliment décorée, dans un petit hameau très calme. Aucun voisin direct à 30min de Pula et Rovinj. La maison est très confortable. Barbara a été aux petits soins avec nous en nous accueillant avec des fruits, des boissons fraîches et du vin. Elle nous a bien conseillé pour nos visites. C'est sûr nous reviendront.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sehr praktischen Details. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht: Küche komplett ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badetücher, Waschmaschine. Überdachte Terrasse und Loggia im 1. OG. Insgesamt ist das Haus recht hellhörig, besonders zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird 2x pro Woche gereinigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alle Interessenten Orte Istriens zu besuchen, man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Barbara hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich empfangen und hat uns mit tollen Tips für Unternehmungen versorgt. Sie war auch bei einem kleinen Problem kurzfristig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort um, um die Ferien in Istrien zu genießen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub!

Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Das ganze Haus und auch der Pool waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Da wir eine ruhige Familienzeit verbringen wollten, war die Lage für uns perfekt. Soweit wir feststellen konnten, gibt es keinen Bäcker oder kleinen Markt in der Nähe, also gut auf Vorrat einkaufen! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen. Perfekt war für uns mit Krabbelbaby die hohe Stufe zum Pool! Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, hat uns nicht weiter gestört, sollte man aber auf jeden Fall wissen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Barbara hat uns extrem freundlich begrüßt, hat viele Tipps gegeben, bei Problemen sehr schnell reagiert. Die Lage war ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir sehenswerterem und sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur die Schlafzimmer sind etwas hellhörig und das WLAN bei 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) etwas schwach. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Super schöner Urlaub mit tollem Ferienhaus!

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, nicht zuletzt durch das tolle Haus von Tatjana und Barbara. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt! Regelmäßig wurde der Pool durch den "Poolboy" gereinigt! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet für Familien! Auch ein Regentag lässt sich leicht im Haus verbringen. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Richtung Pula und Rovinj! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein perfektes Zuhause im wunderschönen Istrien!

Wir hatten eine rundum erholsame Urlaubswoche in diesem mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus mit Pool und Garten! Es ist alles wie beschrieben und eigentlich noch viel schöner: der Garten mit eigenem Feigenbaum (danke für die erlaubte Ernte für den täglichen Bedarf!), der große Pool, die Terrasse, die tollen Möbel innen wie außen, die generell sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Empfang von Barbara war sehr herzlich und wir wurden die Woche über mit guten Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Empfehlungen zur guten Gastronomie in der Region versorgt. Wir kannten Istrien schon ein wenig und wussten somit, dass dieses Haus sehr praktisch gelegen ist – ruhig und trotzdem nahe zur Landstraße oder der Autobahn. So konnten wir viele weitere wunderschöne Ecken Istriens kennenlernen, die kleinen Orte und größeren Städtchen, das Meer und die wunderschöne Natur. Die „Villa Banica“ sorgte aber dafür, dass das Entspannen vor Ort oder das tägliche „Heimkommen“ in genauso schöner Erinnerung bleibt!

Great Stay

Beautiful house with a great pool & garden. Close to enough to the sea, Pula and Rovinj. The only negative thing is the thin walls ( the upstairs room is pretty loud )
