On the ground floor (access by Japanese step staircase): 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (140x190), a connecting bathroom (shower) and WC with door to the outside, no heating on the ground floor. Water heater and electricity by solar panels, wood stove (wood included). Large plot on two flat levels around the chalet. Pleasant landscaped outdoor area.
