Enjoy this charming apartment, located on the ground floor of a residence facing the lake of Étel. A former convent and Catholic school, this residence full of character and steeped in history was rehabilitated in the 1990s. Body of water at 50 m - Shops at 100 m - Beaches of Étel and marina at 400 m.

Bright living room, dining area for 6 guests, television, opening onto an open fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker)

Bedroom 1: a convertible bench (duvet)
an extra mattress for children 10-12 years old.
