Our apartment is located in the attic of the oldest half-timbered house on the Copitzer Elbe side. The location is very quiet - the old town and the S-Bahn station (direction Meissen, Dresden, Schöna, Bad Schandau) are within easy walking distance. The apartment is a floor with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room and is with 3 stars to DEHOGA
 qualified. The apartment can also be rented in winter. The apartment is well suited for 2 persons (an extra bed is possible). Parking on the street in front of the house.
The location of the apartment (attic, stairs) is not handicapped accessible.
If you want to bring your pet, please note that we do not accept cats and only one pet.
Attention on arrival: our street Niederleite is one-way street. Please, enter "Schulstraße" instead of "Niederleite" in your navigation system. Drive to the end of Schulstraße (200 m), then you come to the Niederleite. Turn right into the Niederleite. No. 21 is the third house, a white half-timbered house, on the left side.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen.Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen,es fehlte an nichts,es war sauber und ordentlich.Alles,wie auf den Bildern.Wir haben super bequem in den Betten geschlafen und unser Sohn hatte im Wohnbereich auf dem Schlafsofa seinen Platz.Es ist ein 400 Jahre altes Haus wir lieben solche historischen Unterkünfte.Eine perfekte Ausgangslage für die wunderbaren Erkundungen der sächsischen Schweiz. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat uns in allen Bereichen sehr gut gefallen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Sächsischen Schweiz ist die Lage der Wohnung optimal.Unterkunft/Lage: Sauber, Küche und Bad sind nicht gross, aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Unser Hund (Labradormix) hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Aussenbereich ist gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuss oder mit der Fähre sehr gut zu erreichen.Vermieter: Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich & tierlieb. Es gab diesbezüglich keine Probleme.Reise mit Hund: Der Hund sollte Treppen steigen dürfen/können, da sowohl in der Unterkunft als auch bei vielen Wanderungen Treppenstufen zu überwinden sind. Des weiteren sollte man einen Maulkorb dabei haben, da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (z.B. Bus zu Bastei) nicht ohne diesen nutzbar sind.Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und falls wir noch einmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen sollten, würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung bei Stanka war toll!! So wie auf den Bildern. Stanka und ihre Familie waren sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. In der Wohnung alles mit liebe eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht,es ist ruhig, nur 5 Minuten zur Fähre um auf die andere elbseite zu kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme und aufmerksamen Gastgebern! Es fehlte an nichts. In den Kritiken haben wir gelesen, dass es keine Verdunklungsmöglichleit im Schlafzimmer gibt und keine Tür zur Küche. Das ist alles behoben und wir fanden alles perfekt. Es ist super gelegen und die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Allerdings muss man auch sagen, dass es ungeeignet für gehbehinderte Menschen wäre, da die Ferienwohnung nur durch einige Treppen zu erreichen ist. Dafur ist man aber ungestört dort und hat einen sehr schönen Blick.

Fantastische locatie en prachtig fachhaus

Het was een heel fijn verblijf. De gastvrouw heeft veel tips gegeven en we konden voor vragen terecht. Ze zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het huis is ruim en een fantastisch bed. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel trappen dus niet geschikt als je wat slechter te been bent. Een aanrader.

Tolle Lage, aber unbequem

Bei unserer Ankunft lag noch ein stinkiger Käse im Kühlschrank. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut und es gibt leider keine Tür, um den Schlafraum vom Rest der Wohnung zu trennen. Keine Möglichkeit, die Fenster zu verdunkeln. Mit Schlafmasken ging es dann aber. Das Bad extrem eng, die Dusche nur für schlanke Menschen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und mit der Fähre die Innenstadt von Pirna sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir waren nur 5 Tage dort und für die Zeit konnten wir uns arrangieren. Allerdings geht von uns keine Empfehlung für die Wohnung aus.

Behagliche, saubere, kleine Dachwohnung, sehr nette Vermieter die uns hilfreiche Tipps gaben. Die Wohnung ist von der Lage her optimaler Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen, oder, wie in unserem Fall, Radtouren. Für Urlauber, für die Treppensteigen kein Hindernis ist (wie von den Vermietern angegeben) eine klare Empfehlung 👍

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht, ist in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar ein kostenloser Bahnhof-Bringe-/Abholservice wurde angeboten. Alles sehr gut auch ohne Auto zu erreichen. Fähre zur Altstadt, Bus, Lidl innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Urlaubstage an der Elbe

Wir durften hier mit Hund anreisen! Gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit, überdacht im Freien- Gute Betten! Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Wir waren überwiegend unterwegs und nur zum Frühstücken und abends vor Ort. Konnten auch meist vor dem Haus parken! Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Zentral gelegen. Sehr schöne Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt im Sommer wäre eine kleine Grillmöglichkeit sehr schön. Das Licht im Küchenteil ist zu dunkel.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Das Apartment nicht sehr groß aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt.Die Dusche für korpulente Personen nicht geeignet. Die erste Nacht war etwas kalt und man konnte keine Heizung anmachen. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Klein und fein

Meinem Enkel und mir hat die kleine Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut zur Stadt Pirna und zu den vielen Highlights des Elbsandsteingebirges. Wir nutzten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos, in der Kurtaxe enthalten. So konnten wir stressfrei die Tage gestalten. Pirna ist eine bezaubernde Stadt!
