Classic room in a XIX Century VILLA SPERANZA

Villa Speranza, a magnificent 500 m² villa dating from the late 19th century, is nestled in a flower-filled park populated by ponies and Shiba Inu dogs.
This spacious 18 m² room, in a classic style, features a double bed and an en-suite private bathroom. A relaxation area offers a soothing view of the wooded park, ideal for reading or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A kettle, bottled water, a coffee machine, and storage space are available.

Our guests can enjoy a vast flower-filled park just 3 km from the center of Parma, a city renowned for its gastronomic and cultural heritage.

Parking is available directly in the park for added convenience upon arrival.
Wi-Fi is available inside the villa.

On the ground floor, guests share warm and welcoming spaces with the family:
- A large entrance hall with old-world charm
- A spacious living room, ideal for relaxing, reading, or chatting
- An elegant dining room, where breakfast is served every morning, with a beautiful view of the wooded grounds
- A shaded terrace overlooking the grounds, where breakfast can also be served upon request.

These spaces are open to guests and shared with the family residing on-site, in a respectful, simple, and authentic atmosphere.
Please note that the kitchen is not accessible to guests.

Breakfast is included and consists of local and continental products. It is served in the family dining room or on the shaded terrace in good weather.

The price includes breakfast for two people. A discount will be applied if you are alone. - This is a non-smoking house, but smoking is permitted outside the villa.

- Parties and events are prohibited.

Access to the property is via an electric gate, and you will be given a key upon arrival.
