Our customer support team is available to assist you daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

You must also Acknowledge:
• Must climb stairs for upstairs and downstairs bedrooms
• Use of outside amenities are at your own risk

The garage is not available for guests.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Please refrain from using the Fireplace as it's currently out of order.

The owner has cats and when they stay on site they often bring them along. While are homes our professionally cleaned, it is likely that some dander is within the air. For those reasons if you are allergic to animal hair, this home may not be suitable for your needs.
