- Cleaning to be arranged by the tenant or a fee of €70 payable on-site.

- Tourist tax of €1.70 per person per night to be paid on-site.

- Towels and bed linen available optionally at €17 for single bed sheets and €22 for double bed sheets. Bed-making service is €8 per bed, and a towel kit can be provided for €12 (includes large and small towel).
