Ort und Umgebung entspicht der Beschreibung. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Nächster Ort Pernes. ca. 10 Autominuten, etwa 1500 Einwohner, aber 2 tolle Bäcker, 2 Schlacher, kleiner Gemüseladen mit toller Käseauswahl, Bank..............Wem das nicht reicht, fährt noch etwa 10 Minuten mehr nach ST. Pol oder Auchel. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Kleine Kritken, meckern auf hohen Niveau, die Windmühlen in der Gegend, passen nicht so sehr in die schöne Landschaft und sind auch immer ein wenig zu hören. Erst am Ende der Reise bei Windstille, die totale Ruhe. Man hört nur Vögel, Tiere. Toll. Das Haus ist hier und da ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, und manche Dinge waren nicht ganz sauber, liegt aber vielleicht auch an unseren Vorgängern. Sind aber eher alles Kleinigkeiten. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ein super freundlicher Vermieter vor Ort, lassen die kleinen Kritikpunkte schnell verbalssen.
