Boasting high-end appliances and a spacious layout, this luxurious four-bed/five-and-a-half-bath home is also just short walk from the beach. Relax by your private plunge pool and barbecue, or enjoy balcony views of the Gulf. With two primaries and a guest suite, this is the perfect spot for large groups.

This home is beautifully designed with calming colors and a tranquil ocean-inspired décor. The main living areas are located on the third floor. Gather everyone in the living room for a family movie night on the 42” flat screen TV; cozy up on the sofa (which converts to a sleeper for extra guests) or in one of the comfortable club chairs. A convenient half-bathroom sits just off the main living area. A balcony off the living area has a high-top table (seats four) and views of the Gulf. Unwind with a beer at the end of the day, or enjoy a beautiful view as you sip your morning coffee. The well-equipped, gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a dual-drawer dishwasher and four-burner gas range. Practice your culinary skills, then gather around the dining table for eight. Paired with the adjacent breakfast bar with seating for four, up to 12 guests can enjoy meals together.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a guest suite with a living area, 42” flat-screen TV, full kitchen, and Murphy bed. Glass doors open to the pool deck. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a door to the pool.

On the second floor, you’ll find the fourth bedroom with a king bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and private balcony with gulf views. The en suite bathroom has a tub and a walk-in shower. There are two additional second-floor guest rooms, one has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The other guest room has twin bunk beds and a 19” flat-screen TV. A bathroom just around the corner has a tub/shower combination.

The third-floor primary features a king bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The en suite bathroom has a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.

After a day at the beach, retreat to your private pool area. Refresh with a dip or relax on one of the lounge chairs with a book. Pick up some burgers and host a poolside barbecue. The dining table seats four. In the air-conditioned garage, you’ll find beach chairs and toys for the pool and beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sea La Vie

This house is huge and gives ample room to spread out. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was great to have a private pool and lots of items for the beach (wagon, bikes, chairs, umbrella). The house is a very easy walk to the beach and near lots of great restaurants. I would highly recommend staying there!

This is an awesome property. Tons of room to spread out in. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and amazing appliances. Bikes, chairs, wagon and umbrella for the beach. Great pool to relax in. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Lovely beach house!

We had such a wonderful week in this beach house! There were 13 of us and the house was very, very spacious and provided exactly what we needed. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Such a beautiful and inviting place to come back to after a long day at the beach! The walk to the beach is super short. Communication with owner was very clear and quickly responded to any questions we had. We were so impressed and would love to visit again.

This home met our expectations and more. We had plenty of room, house was clean and location was great. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and once there- no steps to get onto the beach. There was a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The pool at the house was just the perfect size for us to just hang out in. There was plenty of dishes to cook and grill a meal one night. There are so many positives to say. (Also, I noticed several reviews mention they couldn’t get the French doors to stay closed. If you would close the the doors, then pull UP on the handles, this will lock them in place.) We had great communication with the rental company. They were always quick to respond to any questions. The ONLY negative we had was the elevator wasn’t in service. Too many stairs to have to carry things in and out.

Home was spacious and plenty of room for our family. It was a short walk to the beach and you could bike to downtown with ease. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings which is great when you have little ones that go to bed early. Be ready to climb stairs.Pool was nice to have in case you wanted to skip the beach.Dusting and kitchen could have been better cleaned. There were several light bulbs out and some that were dim.For those planning to stay, bring garbage bags, dishwasher soap and clothes washing supplies. You get 1-2.

Great family beach trip

We loved the home! Enclave at Inlet Beach is a neighborhood. Inlet area seemed like a great family area. Location to the beach was just a short walk. There’s a sidewalk just across from the house to a gate that you can access the road to the beach. That way you don’t have to walk to the main entrance of the subdivision then around. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas along with a wagon to carry it all. The home was very spacious and well decorated. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. I loved the balconies! We enjoyed spending time on the one off the living room. I noticed some reviews saying the balcony doors wouldn’t stay shut. If you’ll close the doors, then pull up on the door handles, it will latch and hold them in place. We enjoyed the pool. It was a great size for just relaxing on a day I didn’t go to the beach. Great communication between us and VACASA. They were always quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns we had. The only negative we had was there’s no use of the elevator.

Great Value, Super Close to the Beach

The home is Spacious, The air condition works great. Plenty of room. We cooked for 8 adults and a couple kids and made great family memories. Easy short walk to beach access (no stairs to the beach) We couldn't keep the kids out of the pool. Really great Vacation!

Fantastic property.

Perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The pool and separate suite on the bottom level were perfect for our teenage boys, especially since it was red/purple flag beach conditions. The only negative is the elevator is not part of the rental for some reason. Toting luggage up 3 floors isn't fun, and is a bit unnecessary. Still highly recommend this place.

Very nice

Overall very nice, the picnic table by pool was busted and not usable, kitchen could have had better dishes, only two burners on the nice stove worked, dishwasher handle on bottom drawer was broken, no kitchen towels and jets in master tub don’t function. Could use some repairs but overall good place.

5 star all the way!

These owners went above and beyond with not only the interior decorations but with the amenities and extra's as well. We enjoyed the use of their beach chairs and trolley and wagon to cart items a mere 3 minute walk from the house to the beach. The views from the front and side windows of the ocean were relaxing and the outdoor seating, very enjoyable. The pool was a nice bonus, as was the table and grill set up there to enjoy a nice relaxing night. It was a wonderful home with everything we could need during our visit there. Everyone had their personal space and the common areas were comfortable and relaxing. I can see this being a place we will be drawn back to again and again. EXCELLENT!

Ran down good location

The house had a lot of broken items that didn’t work at all (ice maker, wine cooler, one of the blenders). There was dog poop in the backyard, the pool was a mess and dirty carpets inside. Even mold on the bathroom ceiling upstairs. There were also dishes in the cabinet with food on them. Several. Very disappointed

Short walk, clean home

This home was spacious and very close to the beach! Very short walk and it was nice that we had access to the bikes to ride to the beach as well. The house was very clean upon arrival however we did see a few roaches in the garage area but they came and sprayed the next day and we didn’t see anymore after that. The beds in the master rooms were so comfortable but the pull out beds are awful!! The furniture needs replacing in the kitchen, lots of wear and tear. The pool deck and furniture needs some serious updating and a deep clean as well as the pool. The pool was so dirty and they didn’t come to clean until the last day of the trip which was a bummer. The pool is small but nice to have! We still were able to get in and enjoy it. Over all, beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay just needs some upgrading!

Had a fun trip, but don’t know if I’ll book with Vacasa again.

This place was a great location and had lots of great space and bathrooms. However, nothing was in working order for our stay. The bedroom on top floor with the kitchen had a bathroom that flooded the floor. All showers had mold/mildew in the tiles. The furniture in the kitchen/main living room wasn’t very quality. The kitchen was not stocked with any salt/pepper/oil/any basic cooking necessities or normal kitchen utensils. I had a hard time having any issues resolved with Vacasa during our stay because our calls were disconnected or hung up on. One of the pullout couches originally shown in the listing was not in the vacation rental when we arrived. So we had 2 less sleeping spots than were guaranteed when reserving, and the issue was not resolved. The listing also said there would be beach chairs/accessories available and there were no beach chairs. I will be booking with other vacation rental sites from now on. It as very complicated to try to get in contact with a Vacasa Employee during our vacation. Other rental sites have much better communication processes. It wasn’t set up to be a relaxing vacation because of trying to figure out how to get in touch with Vacasa.

Do not recommend

I don’t even know where to start… This property is a short walk to the beach and in a good location. The pool was nice for the kids to enjoy after the beach. We encountered some issues during our stay: We had safety concerns due to the fact that the double doors to the patio and the ones in the bedrooms didn’t completely close. The doors (including the patio’s) “lock” but even with the locks anyone can just pull/push and break into the house. WE FOUND TWO STRANGERS IN THE PATIO, which made it even more concerning. The gate to the backyard is accessible by anyone and it’s not secured. These people were able to get in to “look for a boomerang” while we had our belongings there! Cleanness is an issue. There were roaches roaming around, a fly inside the fridge, dust, dirty curtains, mold in one of the bathrooms, dirty appliances (especially the ice maker, disgusting), you name it… I didn’t feel comfortable letting my crawling baby on the floor. The kitchen needs better equipment and quality. The pans smelled like plastic when cooking because of the cheap quality. Bigger pans are needed for this house for so many guests. Furniture needs upgrades, especially the first floor, not a comfortable spot to gather. The pull out bed in the sofa is so uncomfortable that you can feel the springs. The pool walls are very dirty (or stained). The elevator is not an offered amenity but it’s much needed. It’s a hassle to go up and down so many stairs (3 floors). The downstairs kitchen is so small that we had to use the one on the third floor. That was a workout! One of the bikes was broken and the other ones were uncomfortable to ride (seats moving, unable to change seat height, uncomfortable seats, hard pedal). The beach tends to get dirty in the afternoons when other nearby beaches don’t (could be because of its proximity to the lake). I have pictures of all these. Unfortunately, not a good experience for us.

This was a very large property for a group of 5 women. There was plenty of room for all and the amenities were great! A few things that were not great: Elevator was "unavailable for use". This was hard for a few of us that didn't want to haul luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The wine refrigerator downstairs was not working, the shower curtain in the kids bathroom is too short. I flooded the floor not realizing it would do that. The double doors to all the patios were easily opened, but did not want to stay closed. We all tried and tried, but just pulled them closed the best way we could. We were told there would not be an earlier check-in because "cleaning staff" were still there. But when we arrived, there was no one there! The cloth chairs and pillows in the upstairs area need to be cleaned. There are visibly soiled areas on the chairs. This is a million dollar house and needs to have these minor things taken care of. Very off putting for guests. Overall stay was good, just be aware of these issue.

Do not stay here. Without a doubt, the worst rental house I’ve ever stayed at. One of the pullout couches is in the garage! We thought it was an extra old couch until we noticed they left sheets on it so we r could make it into a bed. We had to vacate the bottom level and have our teen sons sleep in our bed with us because a nest of baby roaches took over the inside of our luggage. The middle floor bedrooms reeked of dog pee and we found dog fur all over the mildewy patio furniture off the room with the dog pee smell. The house was filthy, all the furniture was coated in dust, dust bunnies under the bed and we found dirty socks in the downstairs beds. Dishes were dirty with hair on them. Also there may be faulty wiring. Found our iPhone cord burning it right before bed. The management company initially offered to move us but when they couldn’t find another house they only offered to waive the cleaning fee (i would hope so since it clearly wasn’t cleaned) but it hardly made up for being stuck in a smelly dirty house for a week. ”

Vacation House Review: Inlet Beach, Florida ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning vacation house in Inlet Beach, Florida, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm, inviting atmosphere of the property. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, blending coastal charm with modern amenities. The open-concept living space was perfect for our family gatherings, and the large windows allowed for an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and airy feel. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we loved having breakfast on the spacious balcony while soaking in the breathtaking views of the nearby dunes. The outdoor space was a highlight; we spent countless hours lounging by the private pool and enjoying evening barbecues in the backyard. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable—just a short stroll away—making it easy for us to spend our days soaking up the sun and splashing in the waves. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with its own unique decor. The master suite was a dream, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a private balcony to enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee. The kids loved their rooms too, and the house even had board games and beach toys for added fun! Location-wise, Inlet Beach couldn’t be better. It’s a charming community with beautiful, less crowded beaches, yet still close to great dining and shopping options. We enjoyed exploring local restaurants and indulging in fresh seafood. The nearby scenic trails were perfect for evening walks and bike rides. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing us with a detailed guide to the house and local attractions. Their attention to detail truly made us feel at home. Overall, this vacation house in Inlet Beach exceeded all our expectations. It was the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure alike. I can’t recommend it enough, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

Good location but terrible communication and home

The only good thing about this home is the location. The house was full of mold, we had multiple situations we received no response from maintenance, we never were given the proper bike codes, and the beach gate never worked. Pool was disgusting. Very poor maintenance home. We were not able to get a refund or credit for a next home rental at all!!!!

Great Vacation!

My family and I loved everything about this house. It is very efficient with high end appliances as well as enough space for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool as well as close proximity to the beach!! We will definitely rent again!!

Great home in great location with minor fixable issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This luxury townhome is very nice. The appliances, furniture and decor were very upscale. The space was more than enough for the 8 of us.It was 0.2 miles (3 min walk) from the Phillips Inlet Beach Access, as stated.Having access to 5 adult bikes (+ 1 child bike) was great. The towel warmer was awesome!However, at this price, I expected everything to be perfect, and it wasn't.What the owners should improve: 1. Get the pool heating to work. The pool is practically unusable since it was freezing. The maintenance team wasn't able to fix the issue despite me waiting 2 days on it. I appreciated the efforts in trying to fix this, but I'm very disappointed that we couldn't use it. :( 2. Fix the BBQ grill igniters since they don't work. Thank you Stacy for bringing long matches to save the day.3. Replace or wash the carpets since they are old/dirty now.4. Add some beach chairs. There was only 1.5. Regularly check/maintain the bikes since some were rusty, handles were loose, not enough air in the tires, wheels out of alignment, squeaks/noises, etc. I should just be able to hop on and ride away instead of spending time fixing these things first.6. The sofa bed mattress in the guest suite isn't horizontal (flat). It was not comfortable at all. Either fix or replace it.7. Roku wasn't working on the TV in the 2-double bedroom. Only cable worked.8. Provide a garage door opener.Feedback for Turnkey:1. I loved the timely/quick responses on the SMS/text customer support number. However, the content of the responses felt like I was talking to a chatbot not a real person.2. 1 out of 5 on the BBQ grill: a. You didn't check the grill in advance to make sure it worked despite my explicit request to you to do so. 2b. It wasn't cleaned properly. The grilling surface was somewhat clean, but the stone brickets and lower platform were filthy

Nice family vacation spot

We had 13 people staying for a week and the house was spacious enough tthat we did not feel like we were on top of one another. The bedrooms were a nice size and the downstairs mother in law suite was perfect for those desiring more privacy. We did encounter problems with the dishwasher not working at all and the elevator not working at times. Despite those issues we had a nice stay.
