Located about 25 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Cap d'Agde, close to the town of Pézenas. Shops in the village and supermarket 4 km away.

The villa is co-owned. The front of the house and the parking will be shared with the owners. You can park a vehicle inside the secure parking.
Your access is completely independent and swimming pool and terrace private.
Inspiration visits/ the Salagou lake, the locks of Fonséranes Béziers

PS: A washing machine is available on the owner's side who will be happy to wash your laundry if necessary.
Sheets and towels not provided but we keep sheets and towels available for people who have forgotten.
