City apartment (85 square meters) m. Balcony and private parking, situated

Host was very pleasant and greeted us promptly. The apartment was very nice. It was equipped with all we could need in the kitchen. The host even stocked the refrigerator with some milk and bottled waters and the kitchen was stocked with essentials like salt, sugar, oil, etc. There was an excellent, very professional coffee maker in the kitchen which we really enjoyed! The only complaint is that it was fairly hot while we were there and this third floor flat became very warm. Not having Air Conditioning was fine and expected but it would have been much more comfortable with just a few fans to help move the air. A bus stop was very close by to ride to the train station, which otherwise would have been about a 15-20 minute walk.

My family and another family stayed at Westadt Place and it was perfect for our needs. We have two babies under the age of 1 and the house was great for them to wonder around in. However, the house is at the top of a three story housing complex so it does take effort to haul your stuff to the top. Also, with the babies crawling around you will want to keep the front door closed because it leads to the stairs. Ute was very prompt with communicating and also at the last minute provided a pack n play, as well as a high chair for my son. The kitchen amenities were awesome with a espresso machine that we loved very much. We visited Bonn at the beginning of June so the weather was a little muggy. Being on the third floor posed a very hot experience and there was no fans to allow for air flow so we slept with the windows open most of the night. We learned quickly that in Germany there are no screens on the windows so keep that in mind. We will definitely remember Ute's place and the convenience of the location being by a market, as well as walking distance to some great restaurants.

Spacious clean apartment with modern kitchen and bath. Comfortable beds with room darkening blinds. Parking spot. Dish washer. Quiet location and steps from a grocery store. Owner is very attentive to any needs during your stay

This is a lovely bright and stylish apartment. Very comfortable and well equipped. The balcony is a nice place to sit and watch the world go by ! Off - street parking added bonus for us as we were travelling by car. Places to eat near by and walkable (20 mins approx) Also walkable ( 20 mins approx ) to Bonn station for links to Cologne . A very warm welcome from Ute who is really helpful . A good place to base yourself for visiting two great cities and surrounding area ..

We really enjoyed our stay at Ute's apartment. It was amazingly clean and well stocked. Ute even left drinks, milk, cereal and candy for us. The location was an easy walk through a residential neighborhood into the center of Bonn. Could not have been better!
