The Space:
Gorgeous alpine and stunning mountain views await in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home that your family or friends are sure to love.
This two-story home boasts a spacious family room beautifully highlighted with a tall ceiling. Turn up the heat, and cherish the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace permeating throughout the room, while you cozy up next to your loved ones on the luxurious sectional sofa. Unwind for the night and watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV, as you gaze out the window onto the spectacular views around this home.
The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances. Guests will have everything they need to whip up a delicious gourmet meal every night. As the aroma fills the house, gather in the dining area and enjoy your dinner with loved ones, as you tell adventure stories of your fun-filled day in Park City. There is seating available for up to 6 at the dining table with additional bar seating for 4 by the kitchen.
Guests will love the private outdoor patio with stunning mountain, forest, and ski lift views. Take in all of the sights, as you enjoy quality family time, on the table and lounge seating area, provided during your stay.
For a night of peaceful rest, the master suite is highlighted by a beautiful king-size bed, a lovely full-length mirror, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower, and laundry area . The master bedroom also has private access to the outdoor patio where you can take in the views and gaze at the twinkling stars at night.
A second bedroom, on the main floor, also features a lovely king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. Directly across is the third bedroom with two comfortable twin-size beds, and a shared bathroom around the corner with single vanity, and a shower/tub combo.
Additional guests can make their way to the upper level of the home, where they will have access to the fourth bedroom, also with two comfortable king-sized beds. The fifth room is a loft bedroom that features two twin over queen size bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and a lounge seating area. The upper floor has a shared bathroom with single vanity, and a shower/tub combo.
For a truly relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool, a fitness center, and a coin-operated laundry room are also available in the complex.

Guest will have access to the entire home, the private outdoor patio, the shared hot tub, the community pool, and the fitness center.
You will also have access to 1 free parking spot in the underground parking garage of the complex; a parking pass must be displayed at all times. There are limited additional parking spaces outside as well, but guests must confirm with HOA to receive additional parking passes.

Getting Around:
From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple bus routes are available with the All Seasons bus stop 0.2 miles away and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season.
Please note that the ski lockers will be unavailable due to renovations from September through October
The pools and spa will be closed for the fall season beginning Monday, September 30th and will re-open Friday, November 22nd
A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Truly excellent location and access. A true ski in ski out. All the basics and necessities are good, clean and functional. Highly recommend for a large family. Minor things that this responsive management will fix: Laundry machine picture is not accurate, laundry is next door and for pay; Blinds in the master don't block out the light from the grooming machine overnight; Codes in the instructions for the locker pad lock don't match up. None of these should be a reason to not rent this otherwise very good unit.

The condo fit our group nicely. When ever I asked for something we got it, eventually. The issue with parking passes needs to be resolved.
Walking distance to the alpine coaster and slides. Great pool and hot tub and close to downtown! Well appointed if you are planning to cook. We had a blast for our long weekend.
The property was very clean, close to Main Street and had all the amenities needed (e.g. lots of rooms, beds, towels, kitchen items). The property manager was available by text and responded to our questions quickly.

Beautiful unit at a great location. We could walk to the lift. The only downside we experienced was no curtains or see through style. The snow crew worked all night and those lights are bright. Overall, we loved the unit and the view. Park city is an excellent place to ski
We were lucky that after our fiasco with the condo we initially booked, this one had availability. The property manager was easy to communicate with, and sent clear check in and check out instructions. The property was right on the lift we needed, and had great access to public transportation. Would highly recommend.

Our group of ten had a fabulous week in Park City thanks in part to a wonderful stay at this condo. Well-kept, clean and above all, comfortable. Room enough to cook large meals and seat our entire group around the table. Comfy beds and pillows. Within walking distance from downtown but far enough away to be quiet and calm. The management was also friendly and responsive. If we get a chance to return to Park City (and I sure hope we do), we will stay here again for sure.

Condo was great. 5 stars. It looked like it was freshly renovated. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the Park City mountain resort. It’s a very easy (2 min) walk to First Time ski lift from the building. And if you climb 100 feet up you can get to Three Kings with no problem. My three teenagers could leave and return when they wanted. And my 10 year old had no trouble carrying her skis to First Time. The ski locker is a big plus and the shared hot tub was large and a great way to relax at end of day. My family of 6 had plenty of room and highly recommend this place.
We had a group of three families, total of 10 adults, including 5 college age. Condo worked wonderfully. The eating room and living room are bigger than they appear in pictures. Views of the mountain out all windows was great. On-site property manager always picked up every time we had a question about anything. At end of day, you can literally ski right up to the sidewalk that goes to the locker room where you store skis. Extremely convenient.

This location is absolutely awesome. you can't get much closer. you can easily walk in to town or to the lifts. The unit is on the top floor but near the elevator so not much of a walk in gear.
from there it is a easy 5 minute walk up to multiple lifts, or less than 10 minute walk to ski school drop off. it is easily doable by young kids. Our 8 year old had no complaints at all. on the way home you can ski right to the back door.
the unit itself is fine. it is a little dated and has some oddities about it. for one, there is no chest of drawers in the bedroom downstairs. which is really odd and very frustrating. the bathroom is in poor shape and the stopper is just missing entirely. the upstairs bunk room has no heat, so to heat it just keep the fireplace going around the clock, but that makes the downstairs very warm.
the kitchen has all the necessary equipment but the knives are unbelievably dull and as a result dangerous.
It is my understanding that the owner recently purchased this unit and is hopefully planning to make some updates to it.
nothing about the unit was a problem. we'd stay here again in a heartbeat, but it would be nice if there was heat upstairs and the bedrooms all had chests of drawers.

We loved this condo! The ski in/ ski out location was so easy - exactly what we were looking for. Large jacuzzi was perfect for the after ski soak. The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable for our family of 9 adults.
TV had audio issues and humidifiers did not work, but otherwise a perfect stay.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the layout and location of this property for our group. Right outside the condo building are the First Time and Eagle lifts. There are a ton of beds, we had 10 people and had 2 extra beds! The kitchen is completely stocked - utensils, pans, salt, pepper, etc. The only thing we couldn't find was a pizza cutter - we managed with scissors. Communication from the owner and agents on site was easy and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Connie!
